Secret Santa weтАЩve got you covered !

Would just like to say a massive thank you to Angela. We came for lunch yesterday with our 3 year old and 2 week old. When we had finished a lady took our plates, unfortunately our 3 year old then decided she hadn't finished with her mash and started to cry. Angela came over and asked if she was ok and would she like some more mash for free.

Little things like this go a long way - excellent customer service!!! thank you

Wanted to change my plate because the vinegar top came off the manager asked me if I wanted to have a fresh meal which I poliety declined тШ║тШ║ excellent customer service!!

This was for my birthday tea,we were told there was a 25minute Wait, then the gentleman in charge came over & told us we might be waiting another 15mins as more chicken wings had to be put in,he apologized for the delay,he asked did we need anything in the mean time,but we decided to wait for the meal as we had or quite a lot,so he said he'd return at the end of our meal,when he did he offered us our next meal for free for our the inconvenience,well done nandos brilliant service,the food we had was lovely as well ,it was spot on.

Scott Is Amazing я┐╜я┐╜я┐╜ made us feel very comfortable and was very helpful

Love bringing my daughter here we share a full platter with spicy rice and sweetcorn with two unlimited drinks I buy an extra portion of sweet corn and we eat every single bit, came sunday 9th april whoever was in charge of the spicy rice goodness me it was spicy and then some took my breath away but im not complaining we enjoyed our meal as always and the service was very good also keep up the good work nandos ashton

Absolutely brilliant service from all the staff especially host Franco cashier harouf (i think) and Alex the manager amazing they catered for my daughter 7th birthday party which kept growing bigger by the hour nothing seemed to much for them food was beautiful great atmosphere will defo recommend and would go again she loved it я┐╜я┐╜я┐╜я┐╜я┐╜я┐╜я┐╜я┐╜я┐╜

Just been here for a late lunch! Andrea was super friendly when she greeted us as we have never been to a Nando's before! So she explained how everything works and even gave us some wings with the different spices on to try! Great service and super quick to bring the food out,which was good as we had a movie to watch at the cinema nearby!

Always enjoy Nando's but think the seating arrangements need addressing. On arrival, your name is taken and you are given an approximate waiting time which is fine. The waiting area can be chaotic, due to volume of customers and a member of staff comes to call your name when a table is ready for you. All fine so far, but as it is quite noisy, on a previous visit, must have missed my name being called by a very quietly spoken young lady and it turned out that someone who didn't intend waiting their turn must have jumped in and answered to my name. To apologise, the Manager gave discount on our bill, but when we went there yesterday, the same chaotic system still in place and so easy for less than honest people to answer to any name called and get a table when suits them. This really needs addressing, maybe a small pager, as used in some restaurants or maybe take a full name on arrival and when calling ( surname only ) then get the customer to confirm their initial - simples. Thank you

i think the quantity of chicken butterfly is definitely less than so it is very much more expensive than before. Sneaky

first visit was a bit disappointed that you dont get salad with the lovely chicken pitta.... I had works out quite expensive if you have to buy a side salad which you get with your meal at most places iv eaten wasn't keen on the raw carrots beetroots etc.... but enjoyed my 1st visit....

The restaurant wasn't particularly busy when we were there and the service seemed pretty slow. But Nando's in Nando's and the food is good. Did try the Lemon & Herb sauce for the first time, isn't that great to be honest, might sound stupid but it was too herby.

Not the best restaurant I've been too. The food I had was not quality to my standard. The only food I liked was the chips. I don't mind chips cold but the food I ordered was cold to the brim. Not worth the money I speant at ┬г12. You need better chefs.!! Where's Gordan ramsey when you need him.

I love Nandos; the food is always delicious, but on this occasion the restaurant left a lot to be desired. We were seated straight away which was good, food came quickly and was as usual scrummy, but there were kids running around everywhere, the menus were really sticky and gross and both the ladies and gents toilets were disgusting. Seemed to be a lot of staff in there, a lot of whom weren't doing much.

Food service was spot on don't like the new set up with tables and chairs feels like we are sat with strangers eating because the tables are to close to next person don't like the idea they opened the eating area up bring bk the booths to have privacy to eat !!!

We had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. I then had to wait 45 minutes for my meal to arrive after ordering. At no point did any member of staff tell us we would have to wait so long. Disappointed...

Visited here this evening with my friend before the cinema. Was seated relatively fast and ordered our food. We waited over an hour for this to be served. There was chaos near the tills and the food ordering. Customers storming out, swearing. Staff all over the place yet doing absolutely nothing. Asked several times where our food was as we had to leave for our film soon and was responded with тАЬyeah thereтАЩs a long wait on the food it will be here when itтАЩs readyтАЭ. The place wasnтАЩt particularly busier than any other time IтАЩve been. WasnтАЩt sure what the hold up was with the food and yet no communication from staff to advise. Our food was finally put on the table. No apologises for the length of time it took to cook. DidnтАЩt enjoy the meal at all as had to rush through it. Horrible atmosphere with unhappy customers on every table. YouтАЩd think two hours before a film is plenty of time to eat a NandoтАЩs. Clearly at Ashton Moss youтАЩd need to leave a year earlier if you wanted to make it on time. Really disappointed and wonтАЩt be returning.

She came back to say they had no order for our table!! Asked for my receipt to prove we had ordered then went off with the receipt! On returning she said they had lost our ticket and they will do the order now! After another 30 mins we ate! Cant say we enjoyed it after all the waiting

Ordered food with manager at the desk. The manager brought the food over and brought one of the meals wrong. We explained it was wrong she argued back and then agreed to change it. The manager then brought the food back with an awful attitude and more or less through the food on the table. We noticed we had also been overcharged for the food so asked another member of staff for the difference back and we was met with a sarcastic laughter. I will never return to this Nando's again it was shocking

My partners meal came severely undercooked so he complained and I then had to eat my own food whilst he waited for his so it didn't go cold (not great on date night) and when his food came back they had overspiced it even though he had requested plain on the original order because of dietary requirements. By this time he was starving so ate what he could and we left throughly disappointed. Ashton Nando's has definitely gone downhill real shame тШ╣я╕П
