booked today for my son's 13th birthday meal � excellent food, fabulous staff that couldn't do enough for us. Thanks so much �

We go every week, love the atmosphere in the Deepdale nandos, always friendly staff, never have to wait long for a table, love the food no complaints, we always ask for a booth, and the staff make sure we get one no bother, all ways take our grandaughter whose is 4 and she gets crayons and paper to draw on

I eat here twice a week every time have been get seen and seated pretty much straight away.

Staff are great and the food is always amazing 5 stars from me.

Had a table for 7 ! Friday night, food was served prompt and was hot and yummy ! Vicky the manager is lovely, as is the rest of the staff who work hard as they are always so busy. Can't fault it at all, we all had a lovely time ! So happy days � only problem is that they have discontinued the pomegranate sauce ! This was my favourite, so gutted .

Great service and friendly staff.. we asked for a booth even though there was only two of us and we got it.. I had some delicious chicken and I didn't get poorly which is always a good sign. The free refills is good too as with any Nandos restaurant.. I would like to see some more options for bigger meals though because one just isn't enough.

Dining alone whilst working away. Friendly service by staff. Delicious hot food that was just perfect. Didn't feel rushed even though it was busy. Only downside was that no one asked how my meal was until after I'd finished. 2nd time I've been there & will return �

The staff were friendly. The food was nice this time compared to previous times I was here. Even though the food was nice it was strange how fast the food came out. It was roughly about 7 minutes. I have noticed that portion size is smaller and the portion size of the fries too. I ordered 1/2 chicken with two sides of fries and corn, this usually fills me up. But this time I also ordered 5 chicken wings

The staff are always friendly here even when we asked for a booth rather than any of the free tables available straight away they went off and cleared the booth for us then apologised for making us wait. The food is always good and arrived very quickly. Have only been once when we had to wait as just before us a large group of men came in. We didn't complain or say anything we were quite happy to wait but the manager at the time came over to us and apologised and gave us a voucher for a very large sharing meal next time we came. We were surprised as like I said we hadn't complained at all this was just brilliant customer service on her behalf and has made it our favourite nandos.

Staff were lovely and vibe was great and we were seated and served quickly. It was clean, good music playing and relaxed. I enjoyed my chicken...the side of rice and colslaw was disappointing as it tasted like average supermarket bought colslaw and Uncle Bens packet rice...nothing exciting. Unfortunately ive been ill with horrible stomach cramping and had to visit the toilet frequently throughout last night and this morning. Side orders i think. I hadnt eaten anything else all day besides nandos... its easing off now 19 hours later..its just one of those things...i know loads of people who eat there who are fine and love Nandos...its unfortunately just my back luck on this occassion.

Got the Butterfly chicken this time and it was very tasty and got the salted chips.

The service was excellent and very friendly staff. We arrived just after 6 on a Tuesday and it wasn't too busy at that time but got really busy from about 7pm .

Good old nandos really friendly staff at this branch.bit disappointed with size of my half chicken.wouldnt like to see a quarter !!!!.Had same in London but much larger portion.cost £41 for 3 very small plates of food with no sides.wont be rushing back but the staff were lovely.

The food is good.. but overall experience was spoilt by the girl that seated us! Waited too long as she gave our table to another couple. When we challenged her about it she just argued back and said she had called us.... pretty sure my hearing hadn't gone bearing in mind we were only sat a foot away! Just a shame having someone like to greet your customers!

My three teenage daughters and 2 year old granddaughter have just been in Nando’s Preston deepdale, and have been subject to violent verbal abuse and threats of being cut up , by a man described as Asian 6ft in his 20’s who started by by saying what are you looking at , my daughters with grandchild crying left the restaurant to get out of his way he came out threatened them again , then a taxi pulled up he got in and speed off . One of staff at Nando’s was with my daughters throughout the whole ordeal , and at no point did she or no member of public offer to help or intervened , or even call the police !! when this out burst happened in a busy restaurant and in full view of everyone !!

Review well I leave it to the public to decide !!

It was the worst service I've had in a nando's. My meal was made and in the warmer for 8 mins before my Mam's was ready. Once they both were ready no one went near to bring it to the table till I informed a staff member. A female brought the meal to us to which I told her that this will probably be cold as been there that long, she rudely walked off whilst I was speaking to her. My rice was lukewarm and my chicken in my wrap was cold. I informed a staff member, who then told another and eventually the manageress came to my table and listened. She took it a way and made another for me. Yes she apologised but there was no offer of compensation at all. I will not be returning to this location !!

Had to wait for half hour when told 15 min... then let a couple go before us even tho we was waiting longer .. they marked us off the list by mistake 🙄 Gave us free drink which is fine but then to wait 40 min for our food to be giving to us ... which my 4 year old was unhappy with and hungry ☹️ Not great Sunday trip ... will not be rushing back
