staff are super friendly ! i always pop into this nandos now as its super cute and the atmosphere is lovely even when a little busy. food is always quick and cooked to perfection.
aside from being cheeky, this place is great. Never had peri-peri before i came to the UK but definitely a huge fan of the juicy and well flavoured chicken. Service is lovely and would love to bring my mum or dad next time. the only thing that needs work is the garlic bread which was a bit hard and not fresh. 10/10.
Went there with my mum, son and husband. The restaurant was looking very busy and probably full to capacity, however we were acknowledged as soon as we arrived and they managed to acomodate us very quickly. We ordered our food with Ben who was very helpful and friendly. Overall all the staff seemed friendly, the service was very good despite how busy it was. Also our food was delivered quickly and they checked that we were happy with it.
Very nice place, friendly staff and really good food. Very recommend.
The food was absolutely delicious! We had a party of 4 and the wait was not long at all! The waitstaff was so kind and helpful! Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Living in Melbourne, I do miss Nando's chicken livers and so made a beeline straight to St Andrew's on arriving in Cambridge. Nomnom!
I was served by a really nice girl there, very friendly, and smiley. Her name is Larissa if I remember correctly. I would go back! The food was great.
First time I've been and would happily go back. Staff lovely and happy to help - certainly went the extra mile and the food was great. Thank you Nandos

Tasty chicken and hot�� but I hate the toilets, too small,too old.
Enjoyed the visit and food and service good. However, we weren’t happy the ice machine wasn’t working and inspite of us buying unlimited soft drinks, we were unable to refill our glasses as the machine first was being refilled then went out of order completely on a busy Saturday afternoon!
Not too busy, staff keen to get through the spiel so they can do something else, have seen other reviews of other Nando's that said the staff couldn't of been more helpful. Sadly this was not my experience. Food was quick to come.
although the food was good when you finally got it, the staff did offer a free starter for having to wait but we were told that the food was going to be about 20mins and I had to wait nearly an hour.... there were people coming in after me and getting their food before I finally received mine....
second time I dine here tonight, a male staff member took my order and incorrectly entered the wrong order when I repeated I wanted Butterfly chicken Burger with 1 side of fries.... instead I got a butterfly chicken breast with a side of rice. (Staff member who took my order speaks English as his second language).
After explaining to a short fused Manager she insisted this was my fault and not her staff.
She was very rude and should be training on her customer service skill.
it's my first time eating at nando's here at st. andrew's street;
my family always eat at nando's in clifton road since we arrived here back 2005 - i would not think in comparison of the staff from the nando's from clifton road and the nando's st. andrews street. hence, staff in clifton road are more approachable and extremely more nice compare to the staff in st. andrews street. therefore, i am never going back to eat nando's at st. andrews street ever again. thank you. 🙄😤😡😑😡
