On this occasion we are especially happy with the quality of the food. It was delicious, fresh and plenty! Service was very good too.

Just think it’s the best food for comfort and enjoyment x

It’s Nando’s, you know what to expect from them by now, this Sutton branch is no different.

It was great food and friendly people who were Interested in you and that everything was alright for us

Have Nandos twice a week without fail! Always 10/10 best fast food in Sutton hands down. Butterfly medium with the 2 spicy rice and the peri peri chips every time 💯👍

Enjoyed my meal and service was fast. Staff were nice and was a very busy restaurant that day.

As normal seated very quickly and service was great. Clean table grandly staff. No complaonts

A must have whenever you are in the area. Wouldn't be a trip to England without a stop at Nando's.

10 minuete waiting however food was delicious and very fast service and friendly stuff

Think it's over priced tbh but the atmosphere was good. Went for my daughter's birthday & she got free ice cream she is 17 lol

The staff were friendly, we got a big table in the middle and we had plenty of space. It was busy but we didn't have to wait too long to order and get served. The food was good and there was plenty of it and it tasted great without being too spicy.

Had a lovely meal my first time eating chicken livers, was advised by a lovely young waiter as to how they are cooked and presented. Sadly we had to wait longer than usual but was given a sincere apology and a voucher for our next visit, that will be sooner rather than later.

Male Toilet door lock was broken. But overall it's delicious Nando's food.

Fast service on the food but although my chicken was supposed to be lime and herb I am positive it wasn't as my tounge was on fire! Lol



Anyway, they didn't have a high chair for my little 9 month old..... that's was ok until I saw them allow 2 children (of the same family) who must have been about 3 and 5 years old have the high chairs?!? Ummmmm I think they can sit on a normal chair if I'm honest! So this meant I had to try and eat with my little wriggly one on my lap. Perhaps nothing they could do about that but it just got my back up a little bit.

Worst Nando's I have ever been in waitress brings food over and runs of before we could ask for mayo as none on the side and then snatches the menu of our table nearly knocking our drinks over and the toilets was filthy

Very disappointing Nando’s. Regular customers but tonight’s takeaway is awful!!! Corn is raw. Livers look like burnt/charcoaled mince and taste awful too. Going in the bin!! Wings are under done. Your worst yet! Chefs - terrible job!!

The restaurant is filthy,tables nasty n sticky..food served cold,my husband was served his food 10mins after the rest of our party,I ordered a cup of tea that never arrived,as we were leaving the tea was put on our table and it was stone cold...we really enjoy Nando's but we will not be using the Sutton branch!!!

Shocking service and gave me only half my order and told me to wait for the other half whilst it gets cold!! Guy on the till ignored me for a few minutes before he had no choice to serve me and manager does f*ck all but look busy! �

Nandos, can you tell me why my fiancé has beef/steak in her mushroom and halloumi wrap? Can you explain to her, why you have made her eat meat after years of her being q vegetarian? 3 bits of beef were in there so not like it was an accident. Attached are the photos. Please also explain to me why we order on your app and get told it will be 7.35 yet it wasn't ready til 7.50. That's 43 mins from ordering it. Did you pluck the chicken yourself? restaurant wasn't even busy. This took place at sutton branch today. Then took 25 mins just to get through on the phone. You gave us 2 free meals for future. Not really sure this is sufficient?
