Would just like to say a massive thank you to the staff at the brewery Nando's I came in today with my little boy & lunching with him on my own can sometimes be difficult if he's in a mood (like every child) the manager was so lovely chatted to my boy and got him a colouring set whilst I went to order which he didn't need to do as he was on his own lunch and break, at the moment my little boy is in to talking and shouting hiya at everybody and each staff member stopped and chatted back to him (which most people just normally ignore) I couldn't fault the staff at all today was a lovely team and bunch of people made my little lunch out with my boy a lot more enjoyable so thank you very much �

The food was delicious good quality for money, nice polite staff although they seemed to always be rushing around, would go back again �

Really nice place and friendly staff. Went in with the Kids for a Birthday meal and everything was perfect. They didn't even complain about the mess the kids left ��

My husband and I had the full plater to share with chips, coleslaw and a bottomless drink. It was plenty for us and was delicious. The staff were very friendly, we were served quickly and didn't have to wait very long for our food. We did get in before the rush though.

Love the food and the frozen yogurt :), seriously yummy food :), highly recommend if you love chicken :)

It is a good place for a sumptuous good quality food with friends and family

I really enjoyed it the food was really good and the waitress was so nice and helpful, I am gluten free and she bent over backwards to go through what I could eat she was very friendly and it definitely makes a difference when you have good customer service, the lad who served me was also friendly and helpful. We sat in there chatting after we had finished eating and was not ask to leave, looking forward to my next visit.

Great place for a meal i had chicken breasts with chips and corn on the cob.Everything was cooked to perfection and we did not have to wait long for the food to arrive.The service was spot on

Great bubbly friendly atmosphere, genuine people making great tasting food. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a good meal out in Cheltenham.

Food was great, polite staff, but was bloody freezing in there.

Anyhow, Wasn't my first visit, and certainly won't be my last.

Been to many many Nandos and this Nandos has to be there in my top 3, great friendly service, food wonderful and plenty of room at the tables

Been coming here the last 2 years and yes it can get busy but try to eat before the rush. Food is good and yes you can say a little pricey but for me this feels me up.

Never had a bad meal and staff are excellent.

Absolutely fantastic food, excellent service, my favourite place to go with my husband.

food was lovely but found it cold in there we ate with our coats on 😒It was my sons 18th birthday meal and his choice of restaurant to eat in

The food was good but the portion sizes were very small, I have been there several times so know what to expect. My wife's quarter chicken was more like a drum stick, my butterfly chicken was also much smaller than normal

My wife and I had our first takeaway from there last night and we shared the platter, unfortunately it was dissapointing compared to great food we have had in the restaurant on a previous occasions.

I’ve never wrote a bad review about Nandos never thought I would. But your the manager CHRIS! I always order the fino pitta but substitute the thigh for breast .. apparently this isn’t possible and they are unable to do it at Cheltenham despite this being the dish I have have each time I eat at Nandos (twice a week) anyhow he made me feel a little awkward and made the lady serving us (Bee who was lovely and helpful by the way) feel awkward to.. anyway .. long story short after arguing for 5 minutes he then said i will do it just this once but not again ... not patronising in anyway .. well cheers Nandos Cheltenham we will not be returning and would prob recommend you train the staff to be a little cuter on things they say management won’t allow to be sold..
