The staff here are absolutely amazing! Me and my partner are here weekly purely because the staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcome and obviously the food��Never had a bad meal here,cannot say one bad thing!

I’ve just had without a doubt the best Nando’s experience I’ve ever had, all of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, with a well deserved extra mention going to the team member who served me, I believe her name was Teri, from a customers point of view, she is an invaluable team member, she was very polite, professional and great with all the customers, children and adults alike.

Can honestly say nandos is my favourite place I love chicken and love spicy food. Me and my partner go all the time and the service is great, amtosphire is lovely, friendly,welcoming and homley and the food is incredibly delicious and satasfying every time. Strongly recommend and strongly would say is a great experience for people with a love for spice n chicken.

Best chicken burger i've ever had. Vastly overpriced but the service and quality of the food wipe it out. Love going to the Hive with my wife and kids. Definately going again.

The table was booked for four adults and a baby who needed a highchair. The Staff said they had a table for four booked and no mention of a little one which we had said when we booked staff need to listen a little more. To be fair they found us a nice table near the window and quite quickly found a highchair. We didn't wait long for our food and it was very nice. Just a pain I had to go up a load of stairs to the loos.

Waited quite a while in the queue, and then 3 items were not brought with the rest of the order and had to ask 4 different members of staff for the missing items. Apart from that the staff were polite and pleasant.

The food was really nice but overpriced. We were sat at the front and I had to put my coat on because it was really cold with the amount of people walking in and out of the front door. Also the variety on the children's menu wasn't very good.

No issue with the place or the staff, but the food is unbelievably over rated....its just chicken and its dry and so boring...dont get wrapped up in the hype people, so many better independent places

My Husband and my self went yesterday afternoon about 2 oclock. Not good my husband went to order the good no one came over to us .and we waited 30 to 35 mins .we could all good reading to given out we just say there and staff just ignored the fact that some good was ready to take to customers. The staff justed standing about chatting. So we asked for the manager .It took another 7 Mims for him to aproch us .Sed he was sorry .food was still sitting on top of food counter. The place was only one quarter full .The manager gave us to slices of garlic bread which was rock Hard .sorry but this visit was not good

It was ok and I can't say any better. We were seated quite quickly and paid for the food. However, we were seated close to the pass and could see our food there for quite a bit before it was bought over. The order was incorrect but albeit rectified. Also there was no loo roll in the ladies. In short I won't be rushing back again.

It was my first time at a Nando's and I did leave wondering what all the fuss was about. The food was nice enough, although not very flexible when it came to tailoring it to my needs (I wanted a flat bread instead of pitta). Over all, I think the food is pricy for what it is. The toilets were not very clean and there was toilet paper all over the cubicle floors. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and the service was fast, but we were there at 5pm and it was quiet.

I visit loads of Nando's and this one was really busy for a Saturday Evening.

The cue for the tills was up to 25 deep with on 2 of the 4 tills in service.

You cannot go wrong with the Nando's chicken but when it take 25 mins to order your tea..... something not quite right

normally nando’s are very good but let themselves down yesterday in stoke it was hardly full but it took them a good 45 minutes to bring our food but we could see it sitting under the hot lights while they chatted away with each other when i asked why it had taken so long they had to do som fry’s 45 minutes don’t think so

The food was nice but staff messing around, one even went outside and had an argument with someone he obviously new. Then they forgot about our dessert order. Won't be going again.

Place wasn't very clean . Floor was filthy where we sat table was sticky and the cutlery needs checking before putting out for customers! My meal was nice love the rice but my 9 year old granddaughter s meal was very small she had plain chicken and about 10 chips we went in about 1.30 on Saturday

It was ok. Enjoyed the meal but was still hungry. And for £27 for the 2 of us I thought it was pricey. I'd like to go in the evening to see if it's any different. Wife enjoyed it

I sent a message a few days ago as not visited the hanley one for a good while and wanted to see if they catered for toddlers or if I could bring my own food and she would be allowed to eat it..... The message has been read but clearly ignored as I've had no reply. Quite rude if you ask me. Doesn't bode well for what the restaurant/staff are like �

It was absolutely awful firstly we stood waiting for a member of staff to come to ask us about a table for 10 minutes before someone appeared and it wasn't that busy however after we ordered and paid for our meal it was starting to get busy according to the que at the till. We sat near to the counter where the food as being prepared and it was cooked and sat on the counter and more cooked and sat on the counter and more cooked and sat out on the counter but where was the staff to deliver the said food to the hungry customers who paid before service?????????? The food sat there piling up for 15 minutes before any serving staff appeared. If I hadn't paid for the meal before receiving I'd have walked out. Complaining only got a sorry from the waiting on staff. Will not be visiting a Nando's anywhere in the UK.

Great food and atmosphere, the only let down to the experience was the lady on the cash register who yawned in my face twice when taking my order only to say "it's been a long day"



I'm sure it was along day, but 99% of us work hard and don't yawn in paying customers faces.



This just made her look so uninterested and was quite rude.
