Very friendly staff and went above and beyond after my other half ordered me the wrong food!

I went last night with my 3 kids and a freind yes we waited 35 mins for a table and another 30 mins for food but it was busy so that’s what I would expect the food was yummy and service was great

I went yesterday with my grandson It was busy but we didn’t wait long for a table, the food was good and the staff very pleasant and helpful I would recommend this and would definitely go back again.

Yes wasn't anything special over priced food rice was rubbish coleslaw awful taste chicken wasn't cooked as it should have been basically trying to make it fast wasted over 50.00 won't go back if that's the best 5hey do

Service was excellent waitress was lovely & very patient with children thought it was a little pricey for some dishes & didnit like no choice of halal or not so very poor in that area...customers were predominantly Caucasian...

Nothing special over priced food doubt be going back rice if I wanted uncle bens I'd get the packet from Morrison's the coleslaw well was awful and chicken wasn't hot as asked 50odd quid waste of time local chunkies is dear but there food I thought was bad it peri peri is actually better in taste to nandos always honest feedback from myself ps waited over 20 mins was busy then further 10 for food to arrive sides were not large to be honest ps there was food on the floor staff kept walking past no cleaning at all even behind the counter on the floor

Went to Nando's this evening and was totally disappointed, left waiting in the doorway for a good 10 mins for a table, when staff came over we was told ' oh just sit there', ordered food and had to numerously repeat myself as the staff kept getting my order wrong, waited about 20 mins for food even though it was sat waiting to be brought to us for a good 10/15 mins and staff were gathered around the till point talking among themselves when food was waiting to be taken out, it eventually came to us but by then it was cold!! Poor customer service and very disappointed as normally have a good experience here !!

Food was okay but space was cramped

And too small to cater for so many customers.



The staff who took my name for table was so unwelcoming n rude .... she looked at me and her face said .... ‘’ not another one ... I can’t be bothered !’’



The only saver was the food !

Just had a horrendous experience with a staff member outside the Elkmill restaurant. Pulling into a disabled parking space when a young staff member quickly accelerated and drove quickly past me into the space. I had to slam on my breaks to avoid a collision as I was in the process of driving in, resulting in my young daughter smacking her head hard against the car seat and beginning to cry. I opened the window and said politely (despite my anger) that we were going in to that space and that it was disabled. She said ‘go park somewhere else’ and parked and left without a disabled badge in sight. Sadly had to change our plans to eat at the restaurant. Manager informed and o do hope this is followed up, the spaces are not for staff convenience but for people who are actually disabled and genuinely need a shorter distance to walk or wheelchair to the restaurant.
