Went last night for my friends hen party and the staff were so friendly and nice! They even gave us free drinks! Thanks for kicking our night to a good start! Would definitely go again! ... the food was great to! ���

We went at lunch time (very busy) someone came to us strait away and said it would be a 15-20 mins wait which we said was fine. After about ten minutes we were taken to a table. We ordered our food which did take a while to come but it was understandable as I said it was very busy. Food was fine can’t go wrong with plain chick, mixed salad and corn on the cob

We had a great time at Nando's! We took the kids for the first time and they loved it. We reserved a table and im glad we did as the restaurant was busy but it was a great atmosphere, the food was great, the service was great (as always as I've been a couple of times now). All of the staff that night were very tentative to our needs, we couldn't of asked for better service. We will definitely revisit 😊

Food was lovely hot and fresh. I had the fino pitta and the chicken was moist and succulent . Service was also great, really polite staff! Shame I didn't remember to get his name. 😄

Staff were friendly food was really good and a good size portion of chips, only down side was the diet coke was flat and coke zero was very watery so no flavour despite them looking at it it never improved.

Went for lunch wasn’t busy no one came to show us where to sit just sat anywhere food came quickly no real interaction from the staff have been to quiet a few Nando’s and when we leave you always have staff say thanks for coming or goodbye but not a word from anyone at Stafford

Was served by Jordan, who looked so annoyed that he was working. I ordered a mild, lemon & herb wrap and received a medium wrap instead. The waitresses seemed so moody that I didn't want to bother saying anything, so I just ate my food & have decided not to go back. Service was poor, doesn't hurt to smile to the customers!

The chicken was more boiled than grilled. The grill was with a few issues so it took a while. The chips were nice, the corn in the cob was alright not the best and the chicken was boiled if i wanted boiled chicken i would stay at home. I love Nandos but the stafford one let me down

On arrival we were left standing for 10 minuets while the staff got their act together, with no one to show us to a table. Once seated the table had not been clean and the floor in the surrounding area was rather dirty and littered with food bits. Having never been to a Nando’s restaurant before I was unaware of the lack of table service or cutlery being laid out in preperation. Seemed as though I should have taken my own multibac spray and wipes to give the place a clean too. So the food was ok - just ok, not sure what else you can say about chicken that’s cooked in one flavouring. Trying to be a posh KFC but failing in the process, don’t think I’ll be going back in a hurry.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to Nando's today. Me and my husband don't go out very often at all but as my mom had our little girl for the day and it was my birthday we went for a treat to Nando's. When we arrived there was no one there to tell us where to sit and we were loitering in the entrance for a while wondering what to do. The boy who took us to the table was miserable and soon zoomed off. We ordered our food 2 chicken burgers and drinks and waited and waited and waited!! After 40 minutes a lady came round and said that our food would be still another 15-20 minutes and fair play she did offer us a starter to tied us over. As the chicken was still in the oven??? Anyway 30 minutes later our food arrived....no salt on the table either...pretty standard not worth shouting about or waiting over an hour for. No one apologised on our exit or explained the situation. Whilst we were there we noticed many other people complaining too. Not the best place to go for a "quick" treat. Very disappointed to have spent hard earned cash there. Wish we'd have gone upstairs to f&b's.

I live Nando’s (Tamworth) is really well run. I went into day, ok it’s a busy place and there are loads of people in the kitchen. One person was running the floor.. total madness. No management over-site from the looks of today .. I had to ask for knifes as there weren’t any and when there was a total of 5 were replaced into the dispensers



Good food when it came (which wasn’t that long) but I guess when it’s a get your money end off then your bit going to get much more in terms of customer service. No one asks you how your food is, so no different to going to McDonalds really ... although Stafford Nando’s seem to be full of 16-17yr spotty lads trying to eye up the gals...

Dirty floors, sticky tables & overall lack of attention to detail I.e. Wobbly tables and dodgy chairs. Prices rising and quality dropping. Glorified KFC. Food arrived within minutes which is always worrying and was pretty dry. Shame as when we 1st went, 12 months back it was way better. There won't be a next time.

Total rip off...food (what there was of it) expensive and pretty poor...staff not very helpful and the manager about as useful as his soggy lettuce...the place itself was grubby and the toilets disgusting...would not go again

Never going again staff or manager got no customer service skills, I had a wrap and it was filled with soggy lettuce only 1 tiny piece of mushroom and I'm not going to say on here what the halloumi looked like ( what there was of it ) when I asked staff about it she said that's how it is they were happy for me to pay 9.00 for that .😡😡

I usually don't write reviews but I felt really strongly about this. Ruined our evening.. staff is rude.. so is their manager.. asked for side tables on booking as we were celebrating my sister in law's birthday but they gave us middle of the room. Order arrived but there were no plates so our food got cold.. staff came to our table to collect our sauces three times while we were still eating. I don't understand y coz there were loads spare ones on collection point. Staff attitude was appalling staring when they went pass etc. Asked for plates for cake afterwards but nothing came and they just left is waiting no explanation. Asked for manager and found him sitting on one of the tablet with his leg up and on phone. He had other staff around him who also had phones while restaurant is still open.

I love Nandos and have been to Birmingham, Walsall and Wolverhampton which are allot busier than this Nandos was today and the service has always been great! But the service today was terrible... Food was good but left to eat dessert with dirty plates around while staff were stood around chatting!! I had to go and ask for the plates to be removed and then all I got was ow I thought the guy that bought the desserts out would of moved them!! No one came and took our table number which is normally taken when asked if everything is ok! This was my birthday lunch!! Won't be visiting this one again

First visit to Nando's Stafford yesterday and it will be definitely my last! When we arrived we were told there would be 20 minute wait for food, so we agreed to stay. Whilst waiting we noticed people going up to the hatch and a lot of complaining! Rows of food were under the hot lamp and they were stood there for ages! There were two waitresses, one called Teagan who just kept on walking around with two glasses kicking the door to take the glasses to the kitchen, lots of plates, glasses and other waste, but could only manage two glasses, she seriously hadn't got a clue what she was doing and was extremely lazy! The other girl called Safari, was running around, dealing with customer complaints and putting the kitchen staff in order as they seemed to balls up everything! That girl deserves a medal and she was the only one in control! Our meal arrived and was shocking, apart from praising Safari I will never go to Nando's again 😡🤢😡🤢

Disgusting service and the fact people were served and given their food who came in at last half an hour after we ordered was the cherry on top. This has happened more than once but was willing to let them off the first time as it was newly opened, this shouldn't be happening now.
