Very friendly staff and meal was lovely. As they'd almost ran out of orange juice, they gave me a glass for free.
Very friendly staff and a quick service! Lovely decor inside too, loved the bridge/walkway! Food was perfect as always 😁
Very clean, very good. The staff were friendly & polite, we were seated pretty quickly considering how busy it was. The staff also helped out with 2 of my guests as they were vegetarian & weren't too sure what to order. Our food arrived in good time as well.
The staff were friendly & went out there way to please, food was excellent, hot & came quickly to the table. Will definitely go back.
Had to wait ages for my Hot Wings but was given 2 free beers for my inconvenience which was well appreciated!!���
Chicken butterfly and creamy mash are my favourites!!!😍
Busy branch, plus on a Saturday so was expecting a wait. But surprised to get table straight away, great food, quick service. Will be back again!

We went at Nando's twice while we visited London...we won't be going back if it was not good at all. Kids love it the most!
Popped into Nando's before Aladdin show. Got table straight away and food came quick. Friendly staff
This nandos wasn't particularly cheeky. The chicken was dry for all 6 of us. Had to go through a few plates to find a clean one too.
Food came late because they gave my food to someone else then picked it up and handed it to me which i refused and was very annoyed by. Then manager gave me a new one. I didnt enjoy it although food was good. I just felt maybe they should have refunded the money after all that hassle and wait
Dreadful service. Starters didn't turn up even though people who came in after us had been served their main meals. After complaining, our starters and main meals came out together. My meal was stone cold so I sent it back. It took so long to get a replacement meal that my daughter had finished hers. Even the replacement was only luke warm. Terrible!
What a disappointment! I have been going to Nando's fairly often for few years but never before i have experienced such unpleasant atmosphere. One of the waiters was searing in italian, the food wasn't hot at all and sweet patato wedges were brown, soft and looked like they were re-heated 5 times and waiters wandered around as if they were in a club, not at work. My sister and I were seated close to the kitchen area, we could hear all the time the staff shouting, cleaning the kitchen and the pans so loud just to let everyone know that the restaurant is closing soon. And when one of them smashed few plates just next to us with a horrible bang nobody even bothered to check if we were ok, nobody said 'we are sorry for what has just happened, hope you are ok'?!??!! One word: OUTRAGEOUS!! Never going back there.
Very disappointed when I visited I was told they had ran out of chips and I asked for a plain burger as in no salad no mayonnaise and when I got on the train and went to eat the burger found out it was wrong not happy as I had to bin the burger wast of money time and good food :(
Undercooked food, they had run out of the majority of the chicken, great for a restaurant that specialises in chicken!! Rude staff and cold food. Very different to other Nando's where it has been good.
Really disappointing, food not great at all, asked for a portobello mushroom and cheese wrap, I had a small piece of "cheese" serve between 3 lettuces and half a mushroom. I asked for Peru-peri fries, the peri peri salt is on literally 3 fries... And I paid £9 for this.. Not coming there again. Staff are nice tho

Besides that, the food was very bad. Ordered rice with non added spice but it came spicy.
We didn't even get our mashed potatoes.
Plus on top of the chicken we got, there was a dead mosquito.

Disappointed Am a Nando's lover reached around 22:13 the guy on the till said take way only I asked him friendly you guys close at 22:30 he said sorry we don't take eat in anymore only take away once I got rude told him u have to close on time not so early which my guest from germany got disposition also then he change his mind and gave me a seat once we received the food it was cold and not fresh and the chips was cold also send it back then what they did they just heat it up and gave it to me back the chips and the leg ps will never ever go that place again
