Went to Nandos for the first time today with my daughter. Staff were helpful and really friendly. Ordered our food and refill drink. By the time we had got our drink, the food was pretty much served. No wait at all. I ordered Sunset Burger, my daughter ordered Double Chicken Wrap. Both of us really enjoyed our meals, so much so we had no room for dessert. Will definitely be visiting again in the near future.

Went for my sons birthday as he has never been. We all ordered different meals & had a taste of each. We had a try of all the different sauces too. All our plates were clean at the end so much have been good. Great service & Chris on the till was very helpful telling us about the meals when we ordered.

Went for my daughter's 16th birthday with our family yesterday lovely friendly staff didn't have to wait long for are food it was hot and delicious seating was comfortable sat in a booth in the middle isle defiantly be going again in the near future

This was my first visit to Nandos and it won't be my last. The chicken was the nicest I have ever had along with good service all in all a great place to eat.

I won the Mother’s Day competition, what fabulous food a jumbo platter and drinks. We really enjoyed thank you Nando’s. The staff are all fantastic too.

I went for tea with my son. I asked if they had an allergens meal because I'm dairy free, the waiter sat us down and handed me the allergens menu. It was very clear and easy to read (not always the case and not everywhere has them)and our food was lovely. Very please

Food was good but experience wasn't.

The manager on duty seemed to be running roun running the show and pretty much everything else included but systems were down apparently so unable to claim our free meal that we had planned on.

The girl on the till spent half the time complaining it was too hot and wasnt very apologetic that I couldnt claim reward and just brushed the subject away. No other offer to resolve this either.

I then had to queue back up as there was no straws in the dispenser having to wait behind 5 people queing for food as the only other person about was the manager who seemed to be doing everything else including greeting and delivering food.

So in a nut shell needs more staff at dinner time and a more understanding till operator.

Alot of people ppl hear moaning about nandos how it's just chicken well there's enough other places that do more than just chicken and considering there's only so much u can do with chicken id say the menu is quite diverse enough choice plus it's out quick in most places that would mean it's either warm ups or not cooked propped it's always fresh and piping hot not to mention tasty and the thighs are to die for mum didn't fancy the sound of nandos but she wanted thighs and there's not many places that do them let alone succulent yet Chrispy and she was made up so thankyou and staff lovely and friendly.nothong was to much trouble

Took my kids for tea last night always lovely hot food and lovely staff esp young chap front of house only things I have to moan about is sat my door bit cold when people coming in and out other than that love Nando's

Food was fab as always however waited longer than normal for food and we could see it just sitting under the lamp whilst members off staff were just talking and i had gone in as soon as the place opened to ask to book a table for 3 they told me i couldn't book so we got there at 7 and was told people had booked in advance and there was a 35 minute wait.

food was pleasant, at the end of the day Chicken is Chicken... only here it's ridiculously expensive and whilst eating my coleslaw i nearly swallowed one half of a cocktail stick (of part of a flag stick) which was buried within it... how did that get in to the coleslaw ? very dangerous if a child had've been eating it.

Went last night. Food was lovely but we was sat at table number one which is by the door. With people waiting for a table it feels like people are watching you eat. Nandos in Cheshire oaks and Liverpool One have waiting areas so this isn't a problem at those nandos. Think this problem needs solving to be honest

Was an enjoyable visit but the chicken was smaller than our local Nando's and also a little dry. Another slight issue was the lady who took our order seemed like she didn't want to be there.

Loved nandos always have the food is amazing hadn't been since last year so was looking forward to eating my chicken with my girlfriend and another couple we where out with. Just a shame when my chicken was brought over I had my drink knocked all over me by the waitress it was by mistake things happen. I sat through my whole meal soaked through which ruined the experience for me. I know she didn't mean it but would have atleast thought I would have been offered a replacement drink or maybe a cheeky ice cream for the bother of being wet my whole meal. I got a sorry when it happened but was just passed a stack of tissues to clean my self up with and didn't see her again. Disappointing trip to nandos

I come here every Thursday for tea with my husband, last few weeks we have been seated in ridiculously close proximity to absolute strangers. I mean it’s that close they may as well introduce us to each other as we’ll be eating together.

I like to enjoy a private conversation whilst enjoying my dinner without the person next to me listening in or getting up and shoving their ass in my face whilst I’m trying to eat.

I literally have indigestion.



We rushed our meals and didn’t enjoy them at all.



When arriving at the restaurant I made it clear that I didn’t like the seating arrangement so the girl obliged me and moved us up one which was fine until 5 mins later and just setting our meals on the table they sit 2 ladies next to us!!



Jeez I now know what Susan did the entire day and the ins and outs of her diet failures ffs.



I don’t want to be sitting with ppl I don’t know!!



Once the girl came round to ask whilst I was eating my meal if everything was ok (which again I despise because they always wait until you have your mouth full!)

I explained that I’m a regular, I come every week, I enjoy the food but hate the way the tables are set so close together. I was told that’s just the way the restaurant is. I was offered to move table with my plate!!

Seriously??!!



I told her I won’t be coming back. Not that they will care because I’m sure there’s plenty of cattle that don’t mind being kettled in close proximity and also don’t mind the constant distraction of other ppls interaction and eating habits.



This restaurant does not cater to all needs.

Was told to sit by the door, every time the door opened a gust of wind came in and it was frizzing. When we asked if we could move we where told all the other tables were reserved, five minutes later four young ladies asked if they could move and they where shown to one of the four empty tables This resulted in are meal becoming cold within minutes. Considering it was only 6:30pm they had already run out of corn ,we will not be going back to this Nando’s

Visited at the weekend. Short older blonde waitress at front of house was openly slagging myself and other waiting customers off, where we could easily hear her. Disgusting. Sides we ordered were wrong, and the garlic bread was soggy and not even toasted. Terrible all round

The chicken I had yesterday was so cold, the wings was virtually all skin & bones.... by the time I’d peeled off all the skin & removed all the bones there was almost no meat left to eat, the latte coffee was in such a small cup I’d need about 8-12 to make a decent drink.

The butterfly chicken that followed was also covered in skin on one side & none of any of the food was even as warm as room temperature..... why oh why can’t they serve hot food on hot plates that is adult size.

Genuinely really disappointed with service and food. Never really had a Nando's experience like it. From the timing it took to get the food (25 minutes, pretty long for Nando's), to the dishes being wrong, to one dish being a mixture of hot and very cold (how?) to my girlfriends chicken being burnt, and I was genuinely hoping at the end of this that someone would come and grab the little metal chicken and ask how our food was-but nobody did. Presumably because they knew it was awful, or probably because nobody cared because I don't even recall one apology if I'm honest.

£36 for that-genuinely feel robbed.
