Saturdays just got super!

It’s almost the weekend..

My favourite nandos destination by far, it beats broadstreet, and the staff as always are polite, I wouldn't go anywhere else, location is great to get too as well

Love a nandos, visited birmingham over the weekend and ate there midday today. I just wanted to give recognition to a staff member called Kyle his customer service skills were 5* which goes a long way, the food was lovely as always �

Great service, fab food :-) would recommend, sweet potato wedges were amazing

Great service today. The manager (I think her name was Cary's) was great. She was very friendly and made our experience enjoyable! Food was spot on too!

Great food and fabulous service. Seated very quickly and food served promptly.

Great and quick service, yummy food and lovely staff. Definitely coming back if I'm in that neck of the woods.

not eaten here for many months ,we had a small wait and the service was good and the staff friendly

The food was spot on, as Nandos always is! But the girl who served my partner last night had really poor customer service, she had her finger in her ear whilst serving him, didn't look at him once and we later found it that she didn't listen either. My partner always has a double chicken burger, always, and I said to him as 'Not had a double tonight?' To which he replies yes, he then opened the bun up for there only to be one fillet... So we asked the waiter about it, and he checked our receipt as we didn't ask for one, and it turned out she had put down single chicken burger, she clearly wasn't listening!!!

Good positive visit today! As vegetarian, I personally don't go nandos but with encouragement from my friend I took the risk!

Nice sweet potato wrap and the peri fries were very tasty! Overall very pleased. Service was good too � overall shall be returning for a visit to nandos to try more veggie options!

worst Nandos I've been too. starters we never delivered and half of my main course was missing!

Not a great dining experience today unfortunately. Not that busy but had to wait a few mins to order, no queue but staff having discussion with a friend (I assume) before they placed their order. After 30mins waiting the food arrived (yay I thought) but chips were barely warm and chicken was not very hot either :(



Got a refund as I couldn't wait for food to be cooked again but now will second think any future visits unless I have plenty of time to spare.



Last meal at Nandos at Bullring was of similar quality, it was a busy night and I just walked as couldn't even flag down a member of staff.

Why is when ever you go after 6pm the food is cold or burnt and you have to wait nearly an hour for it.. Kitchen staff seem incapable to deal with pressure

Visited with three friends last night. Poor service but food tasted good. However this morning I woke up ill. Asked my other three friends and they are all the same. Wouldn't recommend visiting this nandos.

The takeout here is awful, the chips came half full, the burger bun was verging on stale, and when we complained via Facebook we were just asked to contact the restaurant who would offer more chips... the idea is that you don't have to go back to pick up food you already paid for while the rest gets cold. It's disgusting and the team dealing with the complaints need a new script to work from. If you're going to do takeout and still charge the restaurant prices, do it properly.

Really bad service .. I've order my food I had to wait 45 min for the food after 45 min waiting the manager came to me and said what I ordered they don't have it at the moment if I will like to order something different really bad management ...never again they don't even deserve one star but they don't give a choice ����

I love the Mailbox and have been going to the Nando's there for some time.. but I have noticed lately whoever is cooking. The food is not very good or the food comes cold or not cooked properly. So disappointed :(
