Welcomed in and given a nice seat the food was served quickly and piping hot. And staff were very friendly and helpful will go again soon

Was served by a nice girl, think her name was Leigh? Just wanted to say she’s the nicest person I’ve ever been served by at Nando’s. Really good customer service and had a natural friendless about her �

Visited here this evening as a vegan myself and my vegan daughter. The staff were lovely and helpful and went through everything for us to make sure we were catered for. The young lady who served us wrote all our requests down and took them to the cooks by hand to make sure there was no cross contamination. We will deffo return ��

My 1st visit really enoyed it meal was superb .staff very helpful advising on food and service was very good food hot .

I have to say I have been to a few Nando's now and always leave an honest review good or bad, this Nando's is by far the best, lots of staff on which makes a huge difference to the others I have been very well managed all staff were happy and helpful, the manager was 100% hands on, great leader skills well done Nando's merry hill I juts wish I was a secret shopper so you could get recognition

I have been working on merryhill shopping centre for ten weeks and been to this Nando’s generally twice a week and the food has always been top notch. Served within ten minutes of ordering and the staff very friendly. Recommend very highly. Thanks Nando’s.

Fabulous and friendly staff and food was really tasty. Will definitely be returning soon. Fantastic too for anyone with gluten-free dietary needs.

After what can only be described as a disastrous start to the night at the new brierley hop pole, nandos came to the rescue and was fantastic. Fab service fab food fab everything.

the food is always really nice and is always cooked to perfection but the drinks machine ALWAYS requires refilling� the last 2 times i've been there has been only the last dribbles of all of the soft drinks; forcing me to have water even though i paid for a soft drink�

Liked it very much, most of the family were coming up one after another and the staff were very understanding of them knowing the rest of the family were coming :)

Good food & polite enough staff, lacking in a bit of customer service. If you haven’t been to Nando’s before and don’t understand the concept nobody seems to explain. When you walk in there is a delay in staff coming to you which as a customer I can tell you makes you feel awkward. I watched 2 people come in, stand in the entrance and walk back out. We almost did the same but due to my wife’s understanding didn’t and grabbed an outside table , went in and ordered.

With a bit of simplicity and care and attention this would have been a 5 star review

Well... service was way too long.. we was left waiting about 40 mins for our order to arrive.. it was only for a latte, a Diet Coke and 2 chocolate brownies!

We almost asked for a refund as this was not acceptable in my opinion.. even though the staff apologised about the delay.

The restaurant was nice. Clean and not too cramped.

It's over two floors though, and the toilets were downstairs. Which was annoying as we have young children, so when they needed the toilet one of us had to go with them.

The staff were really nice and welcoming.

The food was lovely. I had the 4 chicken thighs with spicy rice and chips. And it was very nice.



The reason for only 3 stars though...it cost nearly £50 for the four of us. Which for the actual amount of food, was terrible value for money.



I suggest either bigger portions, or lower prices. I'd like to go again, but paying £50 for what felt like "fast food" with delusions of grandeur, would make us think twice before going again...

THe food could have been warmer and its expensive for what you get... would rather go to a pub where you pay to be waited on insted of getting your own drinks, cutlery and have to go up and order. But other than that the food was nice just needs more and the staff were friendly

Smart popular place near the food court but away from the crowd. Very nice welcome from the staff. No table service so you have to order at the bar. Good selection from the menu but over priced. My wrap was well presented and the chicken was juicy and tasty. But the side dishes are awful - especially the chips. I opted for the bottomless Fanta which was very weak in taste. Better than eating in the food court but just about value for money.

Not my regular Nando’s and have been to a few, the chicken pitta which should have been medium was plain and overloaded with mayo. Had to ask for Peru spice on my chips and then the waitress put loads on. The kids meals were on the smallest plate and a handful of chips. Safe to say wouldn’t be rushing back to this particular Nando’s, although the people at the door were very friendly.

Good service but realised how expensive it is £9.35 for a chicken burger and chips and when given to daughter no chips!!

Couldn't be arsed to go back for £1.20

worst nando's around.. ring and order a take out and you still wait 40 minutes once you arrive.. eat in and you get told there is a 45 minute wait even when its not busy.. and then when you do get your food they serve your side once you have finished your main.. dont get this in dudley or the bullring..

Worst nandos I've been to, myself and 3 friends went for a meal last night we ordered at the same time & my food came at least 10 minutes after theirs, then when it did arrive to the table the chicken was dry, the chips were hard and we had to ask where my food was in the first place instead of someone coming over to tell us there was a delay. I wouldn't mind but it wasn't even busy. We will not be returning to this nandos.
