The staff were so very helpful helping me choose what to eat. The food was amazing cooked to perfection. The chicken was succulent. Side orders fresh and peri peri chips. Cannot wait to go again. Thank you to all the staff once again xx and the young lady who served me was kind and made my friend and myself feel very welcome xx

The staff here can't do enough to make sure your ok, the manager is constantly running around with his staff and not just watching them, best Nando's by far xxx

My second visit to Nando's but the first time here. We branched out & ordered loads & none of it disappointed!!! Staff very friendly & chatty. Food portions huge n tasty, great seating areas as there were 5 of us! Love to visit again!

Me and my partner go in there every week on a Saturday or even twice a week since it opened, love that we have one in Redditch now so don't have to travel to Solihull 👌🏻🍗 we loveeeeeee the chickennn

Me and my girlfriend always go in there at least once every 2 weeks and we can't stay away. We would rather go to Nando's than any other place, never have a problem in there but if there is, they are happy to sort out the issue there and then.

I came here for lunch today and was highly impressed. As I have a nut allergy, eating out can sometimes be quite tricky and other places can be quite lapsed about it, whereas the service I received today was brilliant!! The girl who served me, was very helpful and called the manager to inform him of my allergies, he reassured me that they would cook my food completely separate and use all different equipment, I also heard him personally tell the kitchen staff of my allergies and when my food arrived it was also labelled stating this. I'm very grateful as this is the best service I've ever received in any restaurant. So a massive THANKYOU!! :) I will definitely be returning :) Well done for your excellent service and lovely food :)

18 of us went to Nandos Redditch today and can honestly say the service was fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful even though they were short staffed and the restaurant was busy. Food was excellent too. Thanks guys �

Very good service as usual and the custard tarts to die for! I do wish they would start using free range or sustainability sourced chicken though...

I've been to this nandos a fair few times and I've only ever been disappointed once when a young girl served us our food and the coleslaw wasn't great and I mentioned it when she cleared up and her response was 'well no-one else has complained and it's all from the same batch'.



Anyhoo, I went today with my 2 year old son and the staff were amazing! Two guys made my experience a hell of a lot easier by refilling my drink when needed and came to see if I needed something else. Brilliant service and made me relax a whole lot more

Me and my family went there for my sons 21st birthday as Nando's has become his new found love in food . We enjoyed our meal but don't think I will go there for a birthday event again . I thought as there where 12 of us and it was a birthday event they could of gave us table service as we had to line up with everyone else and made it hard ordering as didn't want food to come at different times. The food as usual was amazing!! But didn't get usual standard of service when me and my son go in , we wasn't asked if wanted any sauces etc .. or asked if meal was ok.also my sister was given a coffee that was literally cold � which was replaced!! A big thanks to staff who bought out my sons cake and sang happy birthday to him. And a thank you to the staff who got the table ready .

Went to Nando's after going cinema got there at 9 pm was told last food orders was at 10 food came £40 for three of us was not of a good standard then at 9 30 the staff were sweeping the floor then at 9 45 went to got a Pepsi to find out the machine had being cleaned they did fix the tap again so I could get a drink was a bit of we have got your mo eye now hurry up so we can go home all round not a good experience

Have been to this Nando's several times staff friendly food good but last nite our table was so sticky i asked a staff member to clean it which she did left it wet so i dried it with a napkin which turned black the table was still sticky perhaps a new cleaning fluid is needed there was also food on the floor and on the chairs not impressed left very dissapointed

The food was pink the services was bad and they used the excuse that she was new but that's no excuse our children was playing and when new customers come in the "manger" turnt around and said you can sit by the child who's banging around baring in mind she's 2 and don't like sitting still like any other child just thought it was disgusting definitely will be taking all the further!
