Went to Nandos yesterday. My daughter ordered wings platter but got served and billed Full platter instead. Asked the waitress if it can get changed. Manager spoke to us, apologized and got us the wing platter. He even gave us the Full platter for free to compensate for their error. Great customer service 👍

Top class service on its opening day. So many other Nandos have fallen short on day 1, but the food was good, the staff were all friendly and very helpful! Would recommend the Huntingdon branch!

So impressed with the extremely great customer service by Amy tonight. Even though we did a takeaway she was polite patient bubbly and super sweet. We love Nandos and would recommend it to anyone. Amy keep up the good work.

I have absolutely no problems with the staff or food every time i have visited.

All staff are very friendly and always accommodate to our needs ( slimming world)

Children love it there as for the bottomless drink and frozen yogurt.

I am always happy when I go to Nando's my son will not eat chicken breast and they are always happy to change so that he can have chicken thighs instead, the manager Angél was friendly and polite and various members of staff have been wonderful with my boy. Food is always good and service timely even when busy. Always someone willing to offer to get us cutlery or plates when it's not just even though it is self service! :-)

Finally! We have a Nando's in Huntingdon! Went for the first time today and the food was amazing and the staff were amazing also and very friendly! I think it's safe to say they will soon know me on a first name basis! Thank you for your lovely food and hospitality! xx

As always the best chicken meal, we chose the whole peri peri chicken with sides, and we have now found our fave meal simply yummy.

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff, great atmosphere, it was a busy Friday night the restaurant was full, but our delicious meal arrived swiftly.

All in all a lovely evening.

The only negative was it was really cold inside due to their heating going down, but we were advised as we asked for a table, so it was our choice to stay.

Well done for great food and super fast service.

My first visit .. was very pleasantly surprised. The ordering process etc is a little bit strange for a nando virgin, but now I know quite happy to re visit soon . Food was served promptly and was pippin hot and as described .. very impressed

Took daughter for an Easter treat, very disappointing, my caeser salad was a plate of iceberg lettuce, the chunky bits most restaurants chuck away, an my haloumi was 2 miniscule pieces, an burnt. Shame I can't post a pic on here!!

So incredibly disappointed. Ordered take away - website faulty, defaulted to salad. Arrived to collect the food - items incorrect and/or not available. Order incomplete. Notified staff and was offered a small tub of cream as compensation.

Meal was not up to usual standards - chips were undercooked, food wasn't warm enough, portions were small.

Hope Nandos can improve on this. Not up to the usual high standard.

I placed an order at the Huntingdon Nando's for a to-go order on 06/11/17. Confirmation email said to pick up our food at 8:05 - My partner went in to collect our food, but didn't return until 8:45!! And to make matters worse, the staff offered no explanation for the delay. I wasn't the only person being made to wait for regular orders or to-go - there were two other to-go customers who had been waiting 50 minutes!!!



I don't mind waiting for good food, but we could have probably been served faster if we had gone in to eat.



I also wanted to let you know, that to piggy back off of my earlier comments and complaints - when we arrived home - we were missing multiple items from out meals as well. Again, I don't mind paying for good food, but I do mind paying for something and not receiving it.



We placed an order for the 3 starters for £9.95 - two orders of hummus with Peri-Peri- dip and an order of olives. The hummus and pitas were accounted for, but there was do dip for either order and the olives were completely forgotten. We also ordered two portions of avocado, but these were also forgotten.



My partner counted near 10 employees working, but no orders leaving the kitchen. My earlier comment stated it might have been faster to eat inside, however, my partner informed me as well that a single diner entered the restaurant right after he did at 8:05, ordered his food, sat down, and was still waiting for his meal when he left at 8:45.



I work in food service and customer service, so I know these are not the norms for any eating facility. Bad days do occur in the restaurant business, however, this was an awful experience, which left me with a bad taste in my mouth. This is one of my favourite restaurants, and having visited multiple chains throughout England, I never expected something like this from a Nando's chain.



I appreciate the consideration and time you are taking to handle his situation. I did read on my confirmation email to my order that we should call the store directly with any concerns, however, knowing how that place was running last night left me with no confidence that my complaints would be truly heard.

I came into the restaurant about 2 weeks ago I said to a waitress that my sweet potato wedges were hard and all I got was 'oh ok' and she walked off wasn't impressed with the food as the chicken was dry and wedges weren't cooked properly

First and last time ordering a nandos takeaway. They missed 2 things off the order (a Mediterranean salad and peas). Called them straight away to advise, they apologised and said that they have them there but forgot to put them in the bag. I asked for a refund however apparently this is only available in shop, if meal paid in cash (I paid by card). They kindly invited me to come later in the week to get some peas and Mediterranean salad. As tempting as I'm sure this combo is, I declined. On a side note chicken was dry and unremarkable. Service was slow. I'm not usually one to moan but currently sitting next to my pregnant partner with nothing but some dry chicken to eat is no joke...

Colleagues were in town from East Anglia and thought we'd have lunch at Nando's. Imagine our surprise to discover they were closed at 11:30 and didn't open for another half hour. Gave our business to a neighboring restaurant.

Chicken breast very over cooked chewy and dry. Asked for medium it hadn't been marinaded it was plain and white and had medium sauce drizzled on top. Lettuce leaves had mud on them coleslaw was very tangy and tasted gone off. Would not go back £30 wasted
