Tried this Nando's site for the first time. Was acknowledged straight away by a young girl cleaning a table. Me and my sister were sat down within about a minute. Food came out fast and was delicious. Young lad (Joe I think) came to check back on our table. An appreciated touch that a lot of servers seem to forget these days. Completely enjoyed my visit and would definitely go again. Ignore the petty reviews and give this place a chance.

Took my 4 year old there yesterday as a first day at school treat, she loved it and so did I. I was recommended the sunshine pitta instead of my regular medium chicken pitta and wow it was amazing! We'll be back. Service was also great and staff were really friendly

One of the better Nando’s we’ve been in. Clean, pleasant surroundings and courteous staff

I really enjoyed it! The staff was really helpful and polite. The food great as usual. The only thing I point is the stairs to go to the toilets, spiral shape made me feel a bit dizzy but apart from that brilliant decor. �

Go to Nando’s regular... always enjoy the food and the staff are always very friendly checking your food is good for you.. my chips went a bit cool because I had my chicken first,, The waitress just changed straight away with fresh hot ones... 5* service and food.. Well done Nando’s 👍

Family birthday meal very good service ensured we all had out meals at the same time and it was not too busy, didn't have to wait long excellent service thankyou 🖒

Excellent service. I went there with my son who has autism. We were greeted at the door and she tried her best to get us a quiet area, which isn't easy in Nando's. Anyway we chose a table by the window. She then came over and told us we could sit upstairs as it was much quieter. She even offered to order our food for us so that we didn't have to wait in the queue. We didn't have to wait long for our food,which was delicious. Will definitely go there again.

Excellent service! Me and a few friends came into your altrincham branch yesterday and we left extremely happy and full. The colleagues are really friendly and helpful and the food came out really fast. The lady that's served our food was really friendly and made sure our stay was easy and enjoyable. Food: the best Nando's I've had yet! Thank you every much altrincham Team. We will definitely be returning and recommending :)

Considering it was the first day the experience was great. Definitely best Nando's I've been to. Kitchen staff looked well organised and the grills were packed.

Could do with a "push" sign on the ladies' toilet door. We sat by it and watched several people try to peel apart the finger protector on the hinge side! Fortunately the blokes' loo has huge handles to pull instead 😀.

Visited this branch for the first time on Sunday with my 4 year old son as its his favourite place to eat out. It was disappointing as my sons meal was freezing cold and mine was just warm. We ate it anyway as we were both starving (sons type 1 diabetic) needs to eat certain times! nobody came to ask how the food was as they normally would. First time disappointed visiting a nandos �

Love Nando's normally but the new restaurant didn't have as much seating as I thought it would. Was advised there was a 5 - 10 minute wait for tables . . . Waited 15 minutes. Also, you don't always get your own table :( Food took 35 minutes to come to us . . . Was told it would be 25 minutes. Not the best. Been too much busier Nando restaurants and none of the above happened.

Got a take away to get us through Christmas eve gift wrapping.

We planned a visit but after an exhausting day we decided on take out, much to our disappointment.



Despite the customer service in store being good and the wait time minimal, we were given mash instead of hummus.

The guy tending to our order even went through the items to confirm everything was correct.



If my partner would have returned to change the mash our food would have gone cold.



So... the pitta went to waste as well as the mash and our Money.

Don’t know what all the fuss is about. Chicken burger very dry with one slice of tomato and a wilted lettuce leaf. The glass of water was the best

To be fair the food was decent but the wait was shocking. Waited aged for a table and 40 mins for food to come to the table. If I had known about the food wait I would have gone elsewhere but never told. Overall not impressed really

The service wasn't very good.the choice of menu for a child is just a joke! Dry bit of chicken and about 10 small chips! And don't get me started on the garlic bread.waste of money would rather go to the Manchester one, Better menu.

Terrible 1 st visit which is such a shame. In a nutshell...

- Was told there would be a 10 minute wait for a table.. waited 25mins despite numerous tables available ?

- Ordered food promptly after 35 mins they told me they had missed the order and it would be 2 mins.. I waited a further 10

- Food was luke warm when it arrived and they forgot my side order .. came 5 mins later.. burnt to a crisp

- Floor was disgustingly dirty and the upstairs seating area was very messy

- staff were disinterested and unprofessional

- couldn't use my NHS discount as the staff member didn't know how to process it( surely it's just a button to press?!)

Never been so disappointed with a visit to Nandos! Complaint is in its way to the restaurant manager

I am so disappointed with my first nandos trip and it's safe to be saying I won't be returning I'd rather travel to Didsbury or the chill factore. When we walked in your staff were to busy having a gossip at the counter, there was no body at the door greeting everybody. It wasn't as if they were talking about work things they were happily chatting away and laughing. The guy who did finally greet us I felt so sorry for him he was like a one man band - running round meeting customers sitting them down, asking if they were ok. He was the only one you could actually see working. The woman on the till needed more training she looked confused and flustered. The restaurant itself is VERY crowded not a good lay out at all.



It was a shame I was so excited about my visit and it was just so disappointing!

Take away order incorrect on arrival had to wait another 15mins, rice box wasn’t even half full, corn was dried up and all food cold. Shockingly the store seemed to be storing boxes for side orders on the floor very hygienic!

First visit to Nando's Altrincham yesterday and probably the last! We didn't book a table (5 adult and 2 children) waited 30 minutes which is understandable as it was busy. Ordered our food and were told it'd be a 25 minute wait, again to be expected. Two starters never arrived, mains came and we had to tell the young lady that items were missing (she was totally clueless as to what we had ordered) explained that two starters still hadn't arrived, she disappeared and came back to tell us she 'dno why' they hadn't come but needed our receipts to prove we'd ordered them in the first place! Asked for a refund, to with the manager sorted.



Then ordered and paid for carrot cake, sat down to wait for it to be served to be informed that they had in fact sold out! Asked if we wanted something else, we declined and asked for a refund. The manager came over and once again asked if we wanted something else, again said no and asked for a refund. By this point we just wanted to leave and went else where to finish off our meal.



Think we'll stick to the Urmston branch in future
