Stopped in after a swiming compertition. Despite being a Saturday night the wait for a table was not long. Served quickly and all the staff went out of there way to make sure we had a lovely meal

My wife and I frequent this Nandos on a regular basis the staff know us and are very friendly and we have never had a bad meal.

Me and my fianc├® had a fantastic valentineŌĆÖs meal last night. The service from the moment we walked in the door was amazing, so polite, smiling and happy to help. The little lindor chocolates on the table was a really nice touch. The food was delicious, served hot and was beautifully cooked. It tasted amazing. We wasnŌĆÖt rushed between meals and it was just a really nice atmosphere.

Love this NandoŌĆÖs , great service , great food we go twice a month.

It was my first time going there with my daughter and her friend. It's was lovely.i will be going back there again.staff where great .

Have been to other Nandos before but not Kingston & I have to say it's the best Nandos I've been too, the food was amazing & the staff were all so friendly....will defo be back soon xx

Andy at the Till was really friendly and even offered to help take my drinks to the table and got me a tray!

There was also a host on the door with glasses and a beard who was super friendly and got us sat down straight away even though he was busy!

Also a tall guy with short hair who seemed to be working the floor and he did everything he could for us and more



The tables were quickly bussed away and nothing was too much trouble!



Overall a great experience, the staff should be very proud of how they managed to go above and beyond on a very busy Saturday night :)

I took my son for a light meal on Friday before training at MK Dons. Food was nice I had to laugh though because my son told me he would like more chips so I gave him some money & he came back to the table with a large plate of chips this will be the last time I let my son order his own chips lol . A pleasant visit if only for a few hrs

Service was good, but my wife had the chicken wrap and it only had two little bits of chopped chicken and the creamy mash wasn't creamy it was burnt

Nice and airy, slightly slow service (30 mins for a brownie and a bowl of fries seemed excessive), all in all fine but not amazing.

Luv the food at Nando's and the tha staff are always friendly and helpful but not exactly a nice place to sit in and why is always freezing cold in there , had to eat with our coats on that goes for Kettering too , so if I want it again it will have to be takeaway!

I really feel that this NandoŌĆÖs has lost its customer service and now is very slack, the food recently is poor and a takeaway was wrong so had to take the food back.

Went to Kingston Nando's this evening, got to the front of the long queue and the Manager (who was serving) saw it more important to answer the phone orders before the customer in front of him. Food was good. They then squeezed another table next to us, to fit in a table of six...leaving about six inches between tables, this meant that the boys next to us had to squeeze their backsides over our table to get to theirs!! Next our plates were cleared before we had all finished! Making us feel most unwelcome as they kept pointing to our table as the next available one! Disappointed as usually very good

Waited 45 minutes for food on a Sunday evening when it was not busy at all with no apology and a lame excuse, Then the food turned up burned! Worst experience of Nando's for a long time. Filled in the feedback online as advised 8 days ago and no one has bothered getting back to me! Terrible customer service

The worst experience ever!! Dined with my family, only to find a chuck of glass in my mothers salad!! Absolutely outrageous and utterly unacceptable!!! We ordered a Mediterranean salad & got it with a huge chunk of glass in it!!! Don't dine here unless you would like to eat glass!!! Shame on you Nandos!!!!

Terrible place. Restaurant was freezing, service from staff appauling no one checked to ask if food was ok. The restaurant was nearly empty so no excuse. Nandos never again. Profit before service.

Refused student discount as advertised on their website because there isn't a University near !!!!! What about Cranfield and Bedford Uni in central MK ?

Really Nandos. We are disappointed. We are probably one of the few that experienced Nandos as it should be 30 years ago in Rosettenville. The wait was so worth it NOW takeaway was such a let down here in Milton Keynes Uk

Possibly the worst Nando's I've ever had. Went with my sister and two children. Asked for some colouring for the children and the lady never came back. Asked someone else and was told they didn't have any. Come the end of our meal other tables were being given colouring. The restaurant had no hummus. Once waiting an extremely long time for our food we received burnt chicken which was obviously very dry, soggy garlic bread, and a large chips that was no bigger than that on the children's meal. The drinks dispenser was also out of many options of drinks. The service was poor and the staff were quite miserable. Wouldn't return to this Nando's again.

Poor service. Half of the wrap didn't have any chicken in. When I mentioned it to the manager, in summary she called me a liar, no apology was offered. Thank you Holly for teaching the child with us, this is a respectable way to speak to people.

It went from Bad to Worse, called in this place yesterday, we use Stevenage many times with no real problems, after a long drive and a lot of shopping we called in !!! Once seated we walked up to order to be told "we have NO chicken" in a Chicken only place this was NOT good service, I had to choose a dearer alternative, we then went to the drinks dispenser to see that they had run out of the drink choice that we both wanted so again, had to pick a 2nd best, whilst in there we had no phone reception and was told there was NO wi-fi.... whilst I know this part isn't food related it become an issue on top of everything else, we were asked to take out an online survey but couldn't while we was there. NOT a good experience at all !!

Cold food, no salad and creamy mash was microwaved to the point it was burnt.....just shocking!! Best to go to the centre mk if you want a proper Nando's
