We went there yesterday for my birthday meal. There was five of us. There food so taste love the peri peri chicken. The staff are all friendly and made us feel welcome. They looked after us I would definitely be going there again.

I love Nandos. There is such a laid back feeling both with staff and customers which I really like especially having such active lively children. The staff are always extremely pleasant and helpful. Spent Easter Sunday lunch there and really enjoyed myself and found the staff on this day particularly lovely. Thanks so much Nandos.

Booked a table tonight for 11 for my daughters birthday the staff are fantastic 👍 quick friendly service they even sang Happy BIrthday when bringing out my daughters cake great evening had by all thank u to all the staff, even though they were so busy they really were great thank u 👌🙂

To celebrate our anniversary - and the snow meaning an early finish from work, Gary and I trotted off to Nando's... We sat at a window table watching cars wheel spin and struggle in the snow.



We had a 45 minute wait (not necessarily a problem in itself) before I went back to the counter. Our meal was sitting under the hot shelf amongst others and I grabbed a waiter to remind him we hadn't left. He brought over our meal (well, I walked back with him), informing him there had been no plates since our arrival and we were still expecting 2 corn on the cob.



So, like an obedient puppy he went off and did his own thing and we watched him serve someone else. I went back to the counter to catch the manager's scared-like-a-rabbit-in-headlights eye and said I had half our order and the waiter had escaped.



We found some plates and the corn eventually joined our main platter.



IT WAS ALL VERY NICE



Gary asked for a large white wine from our first waiter and the manager duly returned with a fine glass attempting to deliver it the the couple at the table behind us. They didn't want It, seemingly because they hadn't ordered It, so off he trotted to get more information. He found our table this time and presented the large glass of White Wine to which we discovered to our chagrin that it was a small glass of red wine... as was his face.



He left and our first waiter - he must like us - came back with a large glass of.... oh dear, RED wine. I emphasised the LARGE WHITE part of the order and he - no lie - slapped his forehead in recognition of his mistake.



We asked to see the manager who must have been too scared or forgetful to come over to the table so I made a visit to his place of residence behind the till.



I followed another unhappy customer - he hadn't had a takeaway box for simply ages - and recited my novella of events (I was very charming and aware his evening hadn't been one of his best already) I summarised that the food was great but the service was appalling.



He did refund us a good portion off the bill and was very understanding of our issues. I comforted him informing that he had been very helpful and we would return again for an evening of entertainment and shook his hand.



These things do happen and we wish him - Sorry didn't grab his name - and Nando's all the best...

We shown to are table and we chose what we wanted and went to que the guys that before us where still waiting to be served they waiting there when we came in . Then got served the the lady very help full we told we had to wait 20mins for are food was that ok we said yes that fine . After waiting 20 mins are food came so we started to eat it and then we noticed are food was wrong but still eat it cos we where Hungary and wasn't going to wait another 20 mins for to sort out then guy came round asked if everything was ok I said it wasn't and said we eating it cos we Hungary I explained both me and my friends order was wrong he apologised and said if come in tomo we sort something out I said we weren't from round here he apologised again and that was it very disappointed won't be going back there again. . It seem like they didn't care what food they gave you they just put on the plate and there you go .

There were 6 of us from leicester in bedford for a concert the food was ok but we all ate at different times as some of our food orders were

Booked as takeaway so my wife and friend had to eat after the rest of us had finished.the food was fine but a quick bite to eat at nandos took over 2 hours and we had not much time to get to our concert very poor service on this occation.

If I wasn't so British I'd have refused to pay, well done Nandos for charging up front, well played.



Table was dirty on arrival and when my wife asked for a cloth to clean it the staff actually gave it to her instead of doing it themselves.



To top it all off we went out to celebrate my eldest daughter's birthday and, in the words of a twelve year old, "that was disappointing". The staff didn't even enquire when we asked for the birthday cake back that we'd brought with us just prior to our speedy departure.



All in all, a crap dinner in a "restaurant" that requires some real staff training and customer focussed reorientation.

Me and 2 of friends came here for a lovely meal, but it wasn’t so good as I thought it was. Firstly, the staff were friendly and greeted us with smile. Secondly, we ordered our food but the food took ages to come to us than usual, waited 30 minutes give or take for our food. When the food finally came to us, the chicken was cold so we spoke to a manager who was happy to replace it. But apart from this it was an ok experience but I’ve been to better Nando restutants.

For some reason I always have an issue when ordering a take away. Either they forget my food is ready or it takes insanely long for something as simple as JUST chicken thighs. Last night after being told my food would be ready in ten minutes I ended up waiting over 30 min for chicken thighs and creamy mash and on top of that the chicken was burnt to a crisp which I have a picture of. It’s actually faster to wait to be seated/order your food and eat than to order a takeaway in Bedford.

Worst Nandos we've been to. Was made to move tables thought this was because it was booked for a party (which we would have under stood) turned out it was for two members of staff to have their break at. Food was almost thrown on table by waitress who had been told off by manager for talking to other staff members and not working. Will not be returning to this branch of Nandos again.

What awful staff shouting out abuse at my friend and me walking home from the pub last evening for absolute no reason at all in another language while they locked up the restaurant then when challenged because I understood what they had said one ran at me trying to put me in a head lock .What a friendly place .

Went yesterday Friday 5th. Was told wait would be 20-30min for a table...waited an hour for a table...waited another hour for our food. No chicken no olives, no pitta!! Was told on ordering.. an hour passes..Asked where our food was... sorry we're now also out of corn...what do you want instead?!!! Food anything I'm about to eat my arm! It was a joke. Il travel to mk in future

Went to eat tonight as a treat for my dauggters total shambles loads of people queuing no staff to sit people down loads of empty tables staff are rude and unhelpful told 10 min wait we walked out after 20 minuets with other customers and went to Mac Donald's in the end.

Very poor service. Steve the asst manager was not apologetic for making us (including our baby) wait for almost an hour! Had to chase 3 times for our food. Walked out with a crying baby. �Mr Steve!

The only Nando's in the UK that will not take the skin off your chicken ����



Appalling service , no napkins, no sauces.



No Houmous at 7pm



Nando's Bedford you are really disappointing, def def won't be back as a loyal customer this is shocking

Me and my friend was there last night our first time in visiting Bradford and eating in this Nando's anyway we waited 20mins for our food only for it to be the wrong orders never will we go and eat here again !!

Been sat here for 40 mins wait for my food to then be told it’s going to be 20 more. Will not be coming back.
