went to Nandos on the 7/3/18 with the girls from work , as we work for the NHS and get a good discount. !!!

Welcomed at the door with great service as always . Food comes out fresh and good quality, you can have with your meal and refill drinks machine. Quick service dependent if busy or not but quicker than most Restaurants at peak times. my self and the gang love going to Nandos xxx very very good love it x

We recently visited Nando’s with my two little kids who love going there. We were served by Clinton who made us feel very welcome even if we had to wait for 40 minutes. The food arrived quickly and it tasted really good like usual. Definitely going back there.

Today marks mine and my husbands 10th anniversary and we decided to celebrate with Nando's as this is where we had our first date. Thank you for the table service and meal .. you guys where excellent and made our day. I hope we made yours by flashing my hubbys leg tattoo of the Nando's chicken ������

The staff was so helpful especially Clint. He was very kind and served us with a smile on his face. The food was very delicious. I definitely recommend Nando's. The best place to dine.

Thanks so much to the incredibly friendly staff specifically Simon who went out of his way to make sure our meal was perfect! Great service and as always incredible food! Can’t wait for dinner so I can enjoy the rest that I am taking home!

Loved the Full Platter. The Supergrain had no dressing, but it didn't detract from the overall experience, as we were given additional mayonnaise which did just as well. Sat on an outside table, waiting time wasn't too long. Visited on 8th August.

I took my 7 year old daughter to Nando’s yesterday evening after some Christmas shopping. Katie had never been there before. She absolutely loved it ate a whole adults meal aswell. The best thing was a young lad ask me if everything was ok with our meal... I said yes it lovely but asked where the toilets where as my daughter needed it... he explained they were upstairs or a disabled one right at back of restaurant... I told him I was worried coz I couldn’t leave our dinner but my daughter was too young to go upstairs alone. He offered to walk her to the disabled toilet and said “ shall I wait outside and walk her back to you” omg this was the most helpful and nicest things ever!! It’s sometimes tough for single Mums or dads etc. Was over the moon!!

I always love my Nando's experience, the food is always delicious & the service is always really good too. Never been disappointed 👍🏻! Keep up the good work guys & I will keep coming back.

After a busy day at work and done most of my Christmas shopping. The manager in the restaurant has offered me a lovely hot chocolate while I am waiting for the takeaway. Staff are very friendly especially the manager Andrew in there. Food is good, I am sure they do the best Chicken livers in this Basingstoke Nando’s.

Not normally one to write a review bit felt it was required in this instance.



Ordered a few items for collection this evening which was handed over to me at the time stated for collection. Great start!



On getting home and plating up it soon became clear that the order was wrong; not completely but it wasn't all there or wanted.



A quick phone call to the restaurant and a completely​ new order was cooked up for us and was dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner.



Thanks to the guy I dealt with (didn't catch your name - sorry)

Slow service but busy so understandable , wouldn’t change thigh for breast on ordering sunset burger which they’ve done in every other Nando’s we’ve been to, so had to order something else .... food was good

I picked up 3 knives before I found one without food stuck to it and 2 forks before I found one without food stuck to it; handed them to a member of staff who apologised however hygiene shouldn't EVER be an issue. Sadly not the first time I've come across this at Basingstoke. This branch is losing it's sparkle with my family.

Yesterday was the first time I have ever had to send food back. After ordering a wrap with no cheese or mayo (Vegan) it arrived with cheese in it. It was just a shock as its always been so good in the past. The wait staff were very apologetic and the food was taken back to the kitchen and a fresh plate was brought in less than 5 minutes and was nice and hot. They were very understanding and quick getting a replacement. The wait staff made it easy and hassle free to get the food sent back. It was just lucky that it was not an allergy.

Meal was very nice sitting outside in the sunshine was great. Having to wait for the meal to arrive was not so good, if we had been told what was going on it would have made a difference ( they had ran out of chicken breasts & were cooking more) we were then offered free garlic bread very nice and when the meal arrived it was lovely

Having teenagers that love Nando's I am a frequent visitor, in fact twice this week! On the second occasion despite my receipt being correct the order arrived incorrectly and when I pointed this out I was told I should make myself clearer when ordering!!!! I pointed out that I did and this was not my error!!! We then watched staff disagree over the accuracy of the order ! Once we received our food it was ok but still waited for a side order longer than should have and even had to remind them that an item was missing... fair to say it wasn't the best experience!!!

Had some of the worst customer service here yesterday. Myself my mum and my sister wanted a meal out... I had a double pushchair with my toddler and newborn and my sister also had her toddler. We asked the MANAGER for a table that could accommodate two high chairs and a buggy. She told us to wait 10 minutes while she had a look... She comes back and says 'i can find a space for a buggy but no high chairs'. We told her this wouldn't be appropriate so she told us to wait again. This time at least 15-20 minutes. All of the staff ignored us and we had no updates on a table.



Later a large table that could easily have seated my family became available only for this woman to give it to a COUPLE. Yes, two people sitting at a table that could easily seat six. I felt appalled. I had honestly never felt like such an inconvenience to someone just because I have children.



I used to be a loyal customer at Basingstoke nandos and I will not be visiting again after this incident. I feel really let down by their staff.

Been waiting 30 mins for our food. Seeing it all piled up on the service table is shocking! Not enough staff !!!

Terrible food and service, despite opportunities to put things right. Other tables arrived, were served, ate their food and left - we asked where our food was - just being plated was the answer, 2 minutes. After 10mins I went back in to chase and the food was being brought out. Mine was cold, poor quality, not presented properly and garlic bread was cooked to a crisp.



Started eating, a member of staff asked if the food was OK, I said no, it was cold. Sorry he said and just walked off. I got another member of staff, they offered to heat it, I said that would make it worse, and they got the manager.



He arrived, the others finishing their food. He said the member of staff was new, and agreed reluctantly, to bring me a replacement meal.



He brought the food, I asked where my chips were. He apologised and said he'd bring them.



I finished my meal, and went looking for the chips. After 10mins the manager arrived, and had no recollection of the chips discussion. My table was laughing at the ridiculousness of his words and told him exactly what he had said. He said he'd refund me the chips. I said no, he can refund us our meal as the service was not delivered nor the food.



The most he would agree to was a minor partial refund, that didn't cover my meal completely let alone put the situation right. His attitude was that he didn't care. His attitude has resulted in my review here today. He had several opportunities to put matters right and ended up messing it up more.



Ruined a rare family meal. Somehow I don't think I'd be back...

Need to open a new branch so you don't have to wait half an hour for a table - any time of day - and the staff need to learn how to be polite
