Freshers here’s our advice for your time ahead...

my girlfriend and me were in this nandos. The service was wonderful and the food fast and really good. 100% recommended visit them if you are here!

I'll be honest, it was absolutely foul and I don't think I received the breast service that day either. Next time I comb over, I'll make sure it's not at beak times in hope that it'll help.



I'll stop clucking on now, but yeah, it really was a poultry attempt at affordable yet tasty dining.

Halloumi and chicken were over cooked. Saw up to nine plates of food waiting under the lights. I would advise management to get involved, and remind staff that customers come for a treat, spending good money.

Drinks station out of coke, not resolved whilst in the time I was dining there, really fancied a full fat coke and not the Coke Zero or the diet option. I believe the Fanta was out too! Please keep on top of this as it is part of the service you offer.

it was OK but run out of cups and knifes and forks also we didn't all get are food at the same time you would think that they would be more ready for a busy Saturday

The service was shocking. It's one thing having to collect your own cutlery and that we weren't told where to order, but the guy at the till was rude and when our food was ready we saw it sat on the counter for up to 10 minutes until we received it cold.

We asked for a refund and they said they were cooking us fresh ones yet when they came out they were still just as cold?!



The guy serving us seemed like he was the only one out of the lot of them doing any work. There were more people in the kitchen (4) than on the floor (1). Whilst our food was sat on the side there was nobody about for about 5 minutes. We almost went to get it ourselves. We watched as they packed takeaways and left our food going cold on the side.



Would have preferred a refund.



Sort it out Nando's, not impressed and won't be returning to this establishment.

We arrived at around 19.35 this evening! Due to the staff Christmas party at Nando's they were closing early, but were polite enough to let us eat before they shut at 20:00! I ordered my food at the front as expected which seemed to be a challenge for the young man on the till who repeatedly told me they were shutting in 20 minutes due to a staff party. He was obviously agitated at me and my girlfriend ordering our food and persisted to be short and arrogant towards us. I pretended not to let it bother me and i ignored the poor excuse of a staff member.



We waited for our food for a number of minutes until our food was ready. The waiter finally noticed it sat prepared waiting to go out! I saw it sat there for at least 10 minutes before he realised it - I actually couldn't believe it was our food, especially as he persisted to clear the tables around us beforehand and talking to other staff members in front of our food.



He finally brought it over to us to which seemed to be a very cold 'hot chicken' burger and chips! I told the waiter the situation and he kindly and quickly tried to resolve the problem by getting the kitchen to cook our meals again. The food came back out still cold apart from the portion of my chips on my plate.



It was hard to distinguish between the waiter and the kitchen staff as they all seemed too busy behind the counter getting into the 'Christmas spirit'.



I noticed other tables having other problems with their food or the service and numerous staff members were called over during our so called meal. It was surprising that Nando's couldn't organise a manager or someone with some sort of common sense to apologise and sort out the problems properly and professionally that the staff were facing.



Maybe it was the Christmas party that they all had their minds set on more than customer welfare and food quality (which is normally good).



At this point I was so fed up of watching staff having more fun than the customers and pretty much ignoring the remaining guests sitting down, we left the so called 'working environment' with our even colder food on the table.

Staff very rude, food was burnt, I love Nando’s but never have I had such a bad experience in one of their restaurants

Rubbish service waited to be served by someone not interested and more

Left feeling very disappointed after breaking my Nando’s virginity � we were treated like we were stupid - no one told us how it worked so we sat there waiting for someone to come to take our order. When I eventually went up to the till, my two 1 year olds were getting very impatient (this is the reason we hardly go out with them so this was meant to be a nice treat!) and Wera treated me like I was an inconvenience - shoved a pen at me and a receipt at me and expected me to be a mind reader! She definitely needs a refresher on customer service! The other staff were polite but wouldn’t say they have the greatest of customer service skills. Never again I’m afraid!

Horrendous service from this branch. My friend was in conversation and the waitress butted in over her swiping her plate from her "finished???" It was so rude. My other friend and I had not even finished eating!!! Someone please send this branches team on a customer services course ������
