Would just like to leave a little message to say how nicely a lady called Asia (I think) treated me and my partner today.

I’m heavily pregnant and she moved us to a bigger table because she saw I was struggling with the small two person table. She was very very friendly and lovely and even gave an extra little pot of chips for ‘the baby’ and gave some good recommendations on food for us with a sample of a sauce. Food took a while because I’m fussy and needed butterfly chicken (cravings haha) and she kept coming back over to make sure we were okay and letting us know how long it was going to be! She’s really an asset to your team and made our dinner that extra bit special ��

We had a great meal, good service from staff and food was served quickly and hot

We got there just before our film started and man it was busy. The team on the door were observant at the long queue and tended to us all in quick time . They were extremely polite and soon turned enough table so we only had a 6 minute wait. Six minutes is ample enough time to browse the menu and when we were seated we already knew what we were ordering. As busy as they were they stopped every time they passed us to check if we were alright. So I'll score my experience as a big 10 out of 10. The food was exceptional too by the way!

Was really good. outdoors seating and noticed the No Smoking pop ups which I really appreciated.

Still dont like having to queue to order though and collecting all the bits -generation thing.

Maybe a small holder would be useful to collect it all. I had wallet,drink, shopping etc.

But I was in before lunch wave started so no wait at all.

Staff lovely, weather great & Mushroom & Haloumi burger yummy!!

Took my 14 month old daughter in with me to have a quick dinner, on my own. The staff were brilliant - realised I was on my own and were happy to bring out Chips early to keep my daughter occupied and fill my bottomless drink up for me because I couldn't leave my daughter - even down to asking what sauce I wanted on the table etc. They couldn't have been more welcoming. Thank you �

Served straight away by a lovely gentleman named Craig who made our experience wonderful! Hope he can be praised for his hard work!

Our waitress was so accommodating. She found us an initial table, and when a booth was free she moved us for more room. Food was lovely too.

Ordered a take away last night was so busy, I have a 8 year old son and the waitress were so good keeping my son entertained we go to loads of different Nando’s but loved the atmosphere here thank you Nando’s ❤️

Every time is a 5*...i love this nandos and visit atleast once a week!! Staff are amazing and chefs cook my chicken exactly how i want it... the staff have gt to no me now lol ...

Always a good wholesome meal. Courteous, friendly. They hurried with our order as they were aware we needed to travel back for school run.

We choose Nandos because the chicken is always succulent for my 83 yr old mother.

Food was lovely, long queue to order food though but it was 7pm on a Friday !!!! However, next to us was a baby (weaning age) who was eating chips etc - no problem with that but when they left there was quite a mess, when the staff cleaned the table rather than wiping into their hand they just brushed it onto the floor ......

The food was good and came out quickly however when ordering I asked for a beer I'm 24 he wasn't going to serve me because friend didn't have id. She found her pass accredited 18+ card which clearly states it is acceptable but still wouldn't. They eventually let me have beer after moaning but was not happy with the service we got over this.

Went to get a quick bite to eat today. Over a dozen visits on my rewards card so time to put them to good use. Sadly they were not there any more. Did Nando’s erase them? Are they going under and have to wipe out my points/rewards to sure up their finances with a looming Brexit? Who knows but one thing is for certain that the manager and staff had no intention of finding out or helping me. “Would you like to pay for your order?” After dozens of visits all costing in excess of £35 you would have though that there would be a little bit of recourse, help or support but no I might as well have been shoved out the door.



Utterly disgusted at how I was treated and still no apology.

Omg wish I could give it zero. NOT for the Chatham branch but for nandos as a whole. I love chicken but this is such tasteless mush they have to hide it in sauses so spicy you cannot even taste the chicken. If you like chicken please avoid ANY nandos
