We visit this Nandos regularly. Friendly service. Seated quickly even though it was busy. Asked if I would like a glass of water while waiting for food and help with re-fill drinks (38weeks pregnant) highly recommend it ����

Visiting "Nando's" for lunch was a lovely experience. The staff were nice and chicken just cooked as I asked for and salads very fresh

Usual great Nandos food. My partner said she found the customer service great. Really friendly and helpful staff.

My wife and I went to Nandos with good friends of ours we totally enjoyed the food and the perfect company we were with. we will be going back there it is a good place to meet your friends

My first visit to nandos yesterday for my birthday, I loved it the food was great and the staff were friendly and attentive but not constantly hovering over us which was great. Thankyou ��

I had the chicken wings medium spiced and the spicy rice! Really lovely. Hubby had the extra hot 1/2 chicken,chips and coleslaw. Really quick service and nice staff, will go back again!

Haven’t been to Nando’s for well over 2 years with the family - what have we been missing?!? Fab service and meal was delicious!! We are having a Nando’s in Weston open soon and we can’t wait!!!

Great food as alway, decor a bit tired here though and one of the quieter Nando's I been in.

Everytime I've been here it's really busy. However no matter how busy it gets, they are super efficient and you don't wait long for your food. Really good food and service.

Birthday lunch yesterday for my daughter who turned 13. Excellent food, service & complimentary ice cream for my daughters.... We will be back!

Very good service, Excellent food, nice ambiance. Waitress was very helpful and suggested a better option for an older childs meal for future reference. Will definitely go again.

Good service n plenty of space in spite of being busy but v were obviously looking for halal n Google guided us up here but v were told it wasn't halal dat was a bit disappointing.but otherwise even though veggie options were v delicious.n all in all a good service.

It was ok just like a pub visit where you go up and order and give your table number I guess I was expecting a table service , the staff were friendly , food was ok a bit over rated tbh portions ok not great and if I had the choice I would probably go to KFC

Been here lots and usually love it, however took my niece today for her first ever time as a bday treat and ended up having to walk out. Firstly it was supposed to open at 11.30am and when we got there they came out and said it won't be open for another 20 mins. When we returned, no one came to show us to a table, after waiting quite a while the lady behind the counter told us to grab menus ourselves and take a seat. We ordered and got our glasses for bottomless drinks however the gas was out and everyone was pouting their drinks away... they said they would change it but it then got worse and was coming out as clear whichever drink you tried. This was not fixed even by time we left. No one advised us what to do so my husband ended up having to queue again and ask for a refund and then re-buy a different drink. We could see the serving area, food was piling up on there with No one taking it out. I timed it and some food (which later turned out to be ours) was sat there for 22 minutes. The staff clearly didn't have any clue as to what food was for what table as there was so much. When it did come it was all stone cold, even to the point of cutting nto the middle of the chicken it was cold. We told the waitress and she said she would make fresh or give us a refund. We decided on a refund as the queue was out the door and we couldn't see the organisation improving for us to receive a timely meal that was hot. We'd been there over an hour by this point and just wanted a nice meal that was hot, So we left and ate elsewhere. Not good. Clearly staff had called in sick after new years eve and the rest that were in were hungover.

All staff are not friendly at all ...you need to improve and train your employees and specially the Manager.
