What an amazing experience. Booked a table for our Daughters birthday and all the staff couldn't have done more. From first arrival to leaving they were the most attentive restaurant staff I've ever experienced. Not only did they offer to take the order at the table (which isn't the norm at Nandos) they made sure everyone in the party was happy and even brought the birthday cake with candles to the table. Fabulous would recommend anybody to go and I would particularly highlight Kaylum, Becky, Kieran and their manager Chantelle.

Love Nando’s anyway but Nandos Darlington have got to be one of the most generous business around, they kindly donated to my charity event and I have seen donations from them at many other charity events too! Keep doing what you’re doing! ��

It was my first visit to Nando's Darlington at lunchtime today with my daughter and her friend. I was greeted immediately at the door by a member of staff who seated us at a lovely table near the window and asked us if we had visited before. We ordered the food at the till and were served by a really friendly young girl who chatted to my daughter. The food was served very quickly even though the restaurant was very busy at the time . I ordered butterfly chicken , coleslaw and peri peri chips which was delicious. The portion sizes were very generous and we were all so full we could not eat a dessert afterwards. During the meal several assistants came to the table to check if everything was ok with our food and if they could get us anything else . One of the assistants Rebecca actually refilled my glass of lemonade for me !

Overall I thought the service was fantastic , loved the atmosphere in the place and the staff were extremely friendly and efficient .

Had a birthday tea for my son and eight friends here tonight, the staff couldnt have been more helpful and the service was fantastic. Totally took the stress away and all the kids had a fab time. Would definitely recommend here, can't thank them enough!

Food was lovely and quick to arrive. Unfortunately I had a hair on the flag � in my chicken. This was delt with and offered free dessert � which was by far the best chocolate cake apart from my own I've ever eaten

Customer service was really good and the food was amazing as always. �

Best meal I’ve had in a long time, friendly staff and good value. Would highly recommend

National chain with a community heart, fantastic to see!!

first time eaten an Nandos and found food nice but said cooked in seriously hot sauce tbh didn't find it hot at all same as the sauce you pour yourself didn't find that particularly hot either. Staff were all pleasant and friendly as well only downside was found music bit loud maybe I'm getting old but when eating lunch don't expect music to be at night club levels as I actually prefer talking

The food is standard, but the staff were absolutely fantastic. Instead of turning an old guy ( probably homelessness) away at the front door. They invited him in and offered the gentleman free refreshments. Gave me renewed hope in the human race. My son and I found this incredibly heart warming and will be going back to that Resturant again. What great staff, a lesson to everyone.

Went to Nando's Darlington yesterday with my sister an our children, it was ok wasn't the best my chicken came out real dry an the food was sat under the heat light for so long it dried it out! Can't be spot on every time but ❤️Nando's

Not disappointed as I was told it was what it was , but expected a little more, you ask do chicken and chips and that's what you get .. could without milking it include some garnish to plate some leaves a few cherry or plum tomatoes.. ? Instead of making it paid for addition. Also restaurant was cold on a cold night .. and it stayed that way.

Half of my order was incorrect and when i spoke with the girl at the till she did not apologise and scoweled at me the entire time, I usually really like this restaurant however today I am certainly disappointed. I would have expected the service to be better seen as there was only one other table in the restaurant.

... Small, but expensive portions, and every surface you touch is very sticky. Food, although costly, was reasonably appetising, if a little on the modest side (garlic bread appeared to be a bun of some ilk, with garlic butter applied, chips = standard). The chicken butterfly was palatable, and indeed two chicken breasts, in a crisp skin...but they didn't come from a chicken of any substantial proportion. In summary, I would not be a returning customer to Nando's, due to the restricted dimensions of the portions, coupled with the not negligible prices. Oh, and please wash down the surfaces, I do so dislike viscid forearms...

The girl who was seating people could do with some customer service training, ignoring the waiting customers and the food to be fished out was there 20 mins while she chatted n messed on with the other staff, the manager being one of them. My glass was covered in lipstick, the table was so sticky you couldn't touch it. Why did only 1 cook only have there hair in a hair net while the 1 with long hair never! Think we'll all be giving a miss in future

Right, food arrived on time but was a little cold, I then left you a message with my concerns, you read and ignored my message which is a great illustration of how you take pride in your service standards, disgraceful, 2* rating purely for how badly you treat customers.

I have no doubt this message will again be read and ignored, so my next step will be a Phone call to the restaurant.

I usually always get takeaway nandos from here and have no Problems, except tonight... tonight when I got home I saw I was given about 10 chips with my order and you usually get quite a big portion, but to make it even worse they were stone cold (even though when you order it says they make your chips fresh).



Secondly my wrap had about 3 strips of chicken in and wasn't even wrapped properly it all fell apart, this was also cold after my 3 minute drive home...

I visited the Darlington nandos at 735pm on Tuesday 31st with my family my two boys were looking forward to there first time in nandos but we waited almost an hour and several others got there food before us and we got served well before they had. only when I asked I was told they had forgot some of the order and the rest had been there for 15 mins or more they said they cook fresh but my kids and me plus partner were so so hungry and I just asked for refund the lady in light blue top apologised but not very conviencing we were left very very disappointed.
