We went into Nandos for Friday lunch from work. Ben and Montel were very friendly and helpful - they asked us if we needed any more sauces or any more drinks (and they even refilled our drinks for us). The food was good and quick to come out and the brownies topped it off! Delish!

This place is wonderful... the staff are friendly and helpful... the food is cooked to perfection... it is a clean and relaxed place to eat... we will be going back

Our first ever Nando’s ... Only thing was we didn’t know you have to get up and order and get your own cutlery �� But the table next door to us explained. Food was gorgeous! Can’t wait for another cheeky Nando’s ��

My best Nandos experience to date .... I took my 10 year old son to the Castlegate one yesterday and the staff couldn't do enough for us. They hadn't got one of the side dishes I ordered but that was fine I just chose another one I liked but I was also given a free side of fries too ... I'd like to praise a young man named Callum as he was superb ... friendly, attentive and professional ... My son wants to go back to see Callum again lol ... He also helped us choose sauces and talked us through them ... He's a credit to Nandos Castlegate and deserved to be named x

I had some bad food once, the chicken was dry. I literally left the food. Was contacted by john the manager who did a great job and provided great service. He resolved matter swiftly, and invited me in for 2x free meal. Well done to john amd his team, we all make mistakes as long as they are resolved 1st time. Keep up the good work...

I absolutely love Nando's! They've got a great variety choice of food as well as dessert, also you can choose how spicy or mild you want your food to be! I love their choc-a-lot cake it's what all chocolate lovers love and it has its own unique taste!

Had a meal booked here for my brothers 22nd birthday, been there half an hour and my little boy started moaning he had a poorly ear, a lady came over to us and asked if we wanted a bowl of chips to settle him before we had our meals explained that he was feeling ill. 10mins later we had to bag our meals because he started screaming in pain! Again the lady came over to us and offered us a free meal when we come back as we can’t help our little ones getting ill, I think she said her name Shauna (she has two little boys) I can say there are some nice people left in the world. Me and my husband would like to thank her for her kindness!

First time I've been to Nando's, the food was fantastic, even the veggie options! Staff were lovely and really helpful, they put the balloons and gifts on the table that we'd dropped off earlier, "louise" brought the cake out and had put a new candle in of her own because ours were faulty, will definitely visit there again.

Awesome place, great experience. Food came out really quick and seated us even quicker after being told there was a 40 minute wait still sat down after 10 minutes. Also a man called ben who I think is a manager, made the experience even better great customer service and made us feel welcome with a really nice gesture !! Will definitely use nandos Dudley again !! 👍

Went last night, quickly seated excellent food and great service. Only a little gripe, ordered chocolate brownie was very tasty but small and have to pay extra for ice-cream. Which made it expensive. Mains great value.

I went to nandos yesterday with my boyfriend first time we have been to the one in Dudley and it was nice but not the best .We both wanted grill chicken pitta breads with two regular sides and two orange juice they got my order right but got my boyfriends wrong .Which meant we got over charged for our meals our orange juice was bitter and had bits in which we wasn't informed about otherwise we wouldn't have ordered it .Overall food was delicious and cooked perfectly and the service was okay but could be improved

We visited on monday. It was freezing in there due to a heater not working. They had no bottled water left (on a monday at 1pm) so we were told to get it out the drinks machine and the water was cloudy and dirty. Only 3 meals came out which left us waiting for 3 more for about 20 mins. I asked where the kids meals were as they were hungry and she said that they will be coming out with the liver as it takes longer to cook. Why not just start doing the liver first then our chicken meals? The kids only had chips so i said i wanted them now if they were ready.

Not impressed with the dudley Nando's. Got part of my order wrong then brought the take away I had paid for but requested once I had finished the meal I would ask and wait over with my meal. It was then left on the counter going cold for the remaining 20minutes I was still eating. The manager was then to busy to see me. Not impressed with some of the staff.

It was cold inside and the tables are really packed in. The menu has changed slightly the prices seem to have gone up but the portions of chicken were smaller than ever. At nearly fifty quid for 3 of us (main & drink each, no starter or pud) we will not be going back.

Food was great but service was shocking after requesting for birthday banner and balloons to be set up about 10 times, and after booking a table in advance we were told that we didnt have it booked and no note was made.

worse nandos experience. ordered a take away at 19.50 arrived at 22.10, 5 minutes before we were ment to collect our food. waited to be served over 10 minutes and was then told there had been a mix up in the kitchen. seemed our food was rushed to be cooked and was not up to the standards I expect or received in other nandos. was offered two free meals for when we were next in (there were 3 of us and we all lived far away from Dudley) settled for free olives while we waited. Also disappointed that we were told "cant find the staff these days"

Ordered food an hour ago that hasn’t been put through to the Cook and still waiting!!!!

I choose to have the veggie burger, I would love to know why the ppl who cook this think that it should be served not only soggy, but colourless also!!! for all the effect the griddle has on the veggie Pattie it may aswell have been microwaved!!! even when requested to to have it cooked well, this is not done! the pineapple was placed right from tub in to box with out so much as being heated! when ordering for takeaway, food is persistently wrong or missing, if had chicken juices run all over my veggie burger. you're complaints system is diabolical just like a majority of you're staff!!! about the same lever of quality from the staff as you get in maccy ds, at best!!!! I give up !!!

Had to wait ages for our food as our order was lost (sent to the take away part instead of being order d to our table as asked). When food finally arrived it wasn’t what I’d ordered and it was so over cooked that I ended up leaving it. Considering it’s a place I usually love to eat, very very disappointed in the meal and service we got Saturday 22nd.
