Visited tonight for first time in a long time. And was more than pleasantly surprised. Food was really great - but what made it for us was how wonderful the staff were. From Fatima who served us at the beginning to all the other staff. We chose a lemon and herb dressing for our son - but it was too hot, they happily offered to redo plain for him.

That is the best chicken shop from what I've heard about it

Superb food. told table would be 20 minutes we came back and we had a table as promised. An issue with my reward card meant i could not redeem my Red award. The manageress without fuss hassle or agument sorted it all out prefectly.



It's a rare occassion that I get to praise service lately, but with Nando's especially Shirley they excel in being customer focussed.

Lovely staff, especially the gentleman greeting at the entrance. We were a large party and it was Saturday evening but we were looked after and seated within an hour. Great food, excellent service. Exactly what I have come to expect from Nandos.

Haven't been in a while, and will definitely be going again. Food and staff excellent with quick service and friendly atmosphere.

Great place to meet & have a nice Nandos. Quick service with a great team that work there. Would recommend

Got there just before closing time. Staff were very helpful getting me a quick meal and drink, and allowing me time to eat it. Really nice half chicken hot style with chips and macho peas, with a Mexican beer to wash it down.

First time using the Shirley branch food was great staff are very helpful will definitely go back

Came here this evening for a take away as we are visiting this weekend. I have Coeliac disease. The manger on duty got the allergy book and made sure everything was cooked separately!! Excellent customer service!

My first visit to Nando’s in Shirley was very nice. Clean and tidy restaurant with good customer service. Food was delicious and prices affordable. I will definitely visit again. No bad comments. Very happy customer 😁

Girls night out, staff lovely but I had chicken chips and coleslaw but I had a chicken quarter and only had about 3 mouthful chicken very disappointed with it

We went there yesterday and I have to say they have not changed the oil in months by the smell of the chips!!! It was horrible and I won't be going there again next!

Our take out order was totally messed up, when we went back they tried to charge us again! We have 4 upset hungry children.

I would of given 5* as the food was very good. However as I left I picked up a takeaway for my partner and when I got it home we found part of a used plaster in the food!
