Was mine and my parents first time at Nando’s today 18/05/2018 visited at lunch time didn’t no what to expect ! And was greeted by a lovely lady didn’t catch her name ! And the lady called Shannon was so hopefully as to what was best to have to suit my news she was very friendly,we went for the boneless platter (was very yummy) didn’t have to wait for food for to long loved the deco and the fact they do refill drinks !!

Was to full to have pudding but will definitely be going back to try the brownie and the cheese cake !! �

Thank you Tracy and team for a fantastic meal, my family and I were warmly welcomed and received a fast, friendly service!

My visit was added on to a late afternoon shopping trip, and how wonderful it was to pop into nando's the staff were very helpful, fast service, and excellent food. 10/10 to all.

My son and I enjoyed the serviced. Very helpful and friendly.

The free 1/4 chicken for my son's A level result was great.

I'd honestly say trowbridge nandos feels like a second home to Me. Not only is the chicken top notch (shout out to my g louie on the grills) the jagerbombes are a nice touch as well 100/100

I love the food at Nandos and the staff are so friendly and helpful

I had the butterfly chicken burger chips and side salad it was so delicious

I will be going back to Nandos again next week with my sister

I liked the staff as they are my grand daughters shannon & Danielle the other staff was very friendly but I only wanted a small drink but had to have refillable one which I didn't like the food I enjoyed very much !

I called in a couple of days ago with a work colleague as we were working in the area for the first time , the food was standard Nandi,s always pretty good, but can I just say staff and the service was impeccable all had smiles on there faces and also very chatty we had a great time and will certainly return next time in the area , keep up the good work

Great service great food even though they were busy the manager she made us feel very welcome and we were served as quickly as they could. I'll be back soon.

Great service and smiley happy staff! Went for my daughters 6th birthday and they arranged a cake and candles!!! Thank you so much ���

First time at the Trowbridge Nandos. Staff friendly, food arrived promptly . Not very busy so maybe not a true reflection. Will definitely go again.

First time and it was lush!!! My mouth is on fire but it was my choice to have Extra Hot Chicken Burger and Peri Salted chips followed by some Extra Extra Hot sauce to dip! Service was fantastic, very friendly staff :)

Always greeted in a timely and polite fashion never wait long for food and staff polite and friendly. The other restaurants on the complex could learn a lot about customer service from the Nandos Trowbridge staff !!

Absolutely amazing place. Staff are so friendly and considerate. Got a little candle in the cake after saying it was my husband's birthday - fantastic customer service. Love it.

youthful clientel somwhat tragic, there were people in there who did not know that wearing baseball caps is one of the worst legacies of the 70s, especially the spotty youth who, despite the presence of many mirrors, still thought that it looked cool to wear his backwards. Also shocked at the number of young adult diners who haven't learnt how to hold cutlery. Maybe it's a trowbridge thing. At least its a step up from maccy d's where the people go who have only just got the knack of eating with their fingers.

Not keen on Nando's myself but my daughter is a fan and we needed somewhere to eat as we were visiting the area for the day. Food served promptly with pleasant and courteous service and was nicely cooked and presented although not my taste really. Felt the restaurant looked a bit scruffy and I felt it wasn't spotlessly clean; table seemed a bit sticky.
