Nanny required for busy professional household, to care for new born due Nov 2018 plus (some) care of 8 year old son.
... Working 32 hours per week over 4 days Monday to Thursday there is need for flexibility with in these days.
Hours: circa 8 hour per day with some days starting at 8am and some days at noon.
When Mum has to travel, the nanny will be required to stay overnight at short notice - circa 25 times per year (paid as extra). Therefore the need to be flexible is a given for this role.

Our client runs an events company that requires that they have an excellent support system back at home, particularly over their busy periods.
... The focus of this post is to work in partnership with the parents in a Nanny Support role providing flexible childcare and support around the home (family have a cleaner) for 3 days per week, Tues, Wed and Thurs. There will be lots of down time and some hectic periods.
This warm and welcoming family really value good care and assistance.
The children are aged 3 and 8 years and attend a local school. Duties in term time will typically involve school drop offs and collection, meal prep, shop and laundry. Child related duties include homework and child related chores. They also have a dog which normally goes to the office but occasionally will require walking if parents are out of the area for the day.
Candidates should be organized and very capable of arranging their own work schedule – once tasks are completed, the candidate is free to do their own thing whilst remaining on call if required. Start times and finish will vary each month but will always be the 3 days, very occasionally (once twice per year) the nanny may be required to sleep over. A clean DBS, first aid and car are required.
If you are naturally warm and friendly, love being an integral part of a team, enjoy making things happen and being value being an essential cog in the wheel that makes things tick, then this is the role for you.
