Yesterday we held our First Golf Event of 2019 at Newmarket and with the weather holding off it was another fantstic turnout with 46 taking part. The top ten Racing Staff all qualifying for our Final at The Warwickshire in September.
The winner on the day was Pete McCulloch with 42 points.

Do we REALLY have a staffing crisis?... As part of my final piece of work for my Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management I am investigating if we really do have a crisis. To do that I need to find out how the different studs and racing yards deal with matters relating to staff and what sort of Human Resource practices are used. Basically how we look after our staff. Your contribution is extremely valuable in collecting as much information as possible to give the most accurate picture of what really happens.
