This two-day birth preparation workshop covers all you need to know about birth and how to prepare using practical pain management and relaxation techniques.

The workshop covers everything from the role of adrenalin and anxiety during birth (and how to avoid it) to how the mind and body can work to a woman’s advantage during birth. The role of birth partners is also covered, including how they can best support women using relaxation and hypnobirthing techniques during labour.

Techniques can be used wherever and however you are planning to birth your baby.
