Hi Everyone Please please please if you can’t make an appointment or change your mind please just let us know for any reason we completely understand that things change or come up. We are recently having too many people just not turning up when we have stayed late or have opened the shop especially for an appointment or on fully booked Saturdays. We really don’t want to have to start charging for appointments but may be left with no other choice. 🙏🙏🙏

The most beautiful dresses and bridal accessories I've seen , and to think they are all hand made is almost unbelievable the attention to detail is incredible , stunning from top to bottom ! Highly recommend!

Natalya was recommended by a bridal shop after I purchased one of her amazing hand made belts. She did alterations on my dress that were very well done and affordable. I would highly recommend her. And also for anything custom because she is truly talented!

Natalya was absolutely amazing!! She altered my wedding dress so it fitted perfectly and added extra touches to the dress! I really valued her opinion on the best options! Natalya also altered my bridesmaid dresses to make them more comfortable for them all. I cant thank Natalya enough and would definetly recommend her �

Natalya is the most the most wonderful seamstress and is extremely kind and helpful. I bought a dress I loved but had absolutely no confidence to wear it so Natalya worked extremely hard to make alterations to make me feel more confident such as lengthening sleeves and changing the neckline to how I thought I wanted it. I then completely changed the neckline again and she was patient, reassuring and produced the most beautiful detailed touches to it. Natalya was always welcoming and patient with my ever-changing decisions and additionally produced a stunning veil, exactly to my requirements, along with adding beautiful bows to my shoes and a long shawl with details added to match the dress. All of the items were perfect and she provided a quick service and advice along the way but at the same time encouraged me to choose the details so I felt completely part of the design process. I cannot recommend Natalya enough.

Natalya altered my wedding dress and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. She filled me with confidence from my first appointment, talking me through what needed altering and how she would do it. It was taken in, shortened, had some beading added, had a loop put in and was boxed. She arranged follow up appointments to make sure I was happy with it. It now fits like a glove and I'm delighted with it. Thank you Natalya

Natalya altered my wedding dress and 4 bridesmaids dresses, and was absolutely amazing! I was incredibly fussy, and she made the process stress-free, even when I was emailing her late at night after a panic about something or a change of mind! I didn't like the way my dress creased in the middle, and she took the whole dress apart and put it back together in a way that stopped it creasing. We also changed the neckline, and it ended up looking better than id imagined. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Natalya to everybody.

Natalya altered both my wedding dress and my 4 bridesmaid's dresses and did a superb job.



Another dress maker had originally altered my bridesmaid'd dresses and made a terrible job of them but Natalya was able to fix them and you would never have known the problems were there before!

I can not recommend Natalya enough. She altered dresses I had bought online by taking them up and adding straps and they looked phenomenal!!!! She took in her stride my crazy appointments with 6 bridesmaids and a couple of kids along the way, changing times and the like. She was always so calm I just knew the dresses were in the best hands. From the moment I gave my design idea to Natalya she knew instantly what I wanted and sketched it immediately. The dress was even more beautiful than I imagined and had amazing comments all day and still am. Natalya was very friendly and very professional. The price was good too. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Bridal Jacket by Natalya James – Review by Sophie Barker

Natalie was recommended to me by my parents who are friends with her parents. I was immediately struck by her beautiful designs on her website and had no hesitation in asking for a quote to make my slightly different bridal jacket. Having seen the pictures I sent she took to work designing a gorgeous jacket and she helped me find the best material. Natalie also worked measurement and fittings around my busy pre-wedding schedule and different location to herself. My jacket arrived with lots of time to spare before the wedding and I immediately loved it. Even though I was nervous about what others would think of its bright colours I knew it would work perfectly with my dress and my wedding theme. I wore it after the ceremony for our reception and as soon as I put it on everyone thought it looked amazing, I had so many compliments and people asking who had made it, it certainly made a beautiful impact on our lovely day. I cannot recommend Natalya James highly enough – had she lived closer or I had had more time I would’ve definitely asked her to make my dress as well as my stunning jacket. Thank you so much!

Amazing, fantastic design, I'm a larger lady, but nothing was too much trouble, being the shy sort too when it comes to clothes, Natalya made me feel comfortable and at ease, and the dress, well, can't wait to wear it, would recommend to all brides
