Would like to say I am really pleased that we now have an excellent jewellers in Ashby. I took my broken necklace to the shop and Nathan was very helpful and assured me he could repair it.He said it could be fixed and ready for me to collect the next day, which it was . I would recommend this jewellers to anyone looking for great service and great prices .He also has lots of lovely jewellery .I will definitely be going back to have look .

Took my engagement ring in because the sapphire had fallen out. Nathan had a look and told me the mountings had worn with age (29years) and although the stone was put back in there was no guarantee it would stay in. He assured me it could be mended by making some clasps to hold it in and this would not alter the look of the ring. Been to collect it today and it looks as good as the day it was bought. Over the moon with it. Fantastic customer service. Would recommend to everyone...

Took my engagement ring and wedding ring in to Nathan to have them cleaned and have the white gold reapplied. Had them ready and back to me the same day. Great service, very informative, giving me advice on insurance and how often I should have them 'service'. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a first class jeweller to visit Nathaniel's. 10 out of 10

Took my bracelet in just before the shop closed expecting it to be fixed in a couple of days but Nathaniel said he would repair it there and then. Excellent customer service will defiantly use again and will recommend to family and friends.

Thank you ever so much for fixing my necklace, I know it’s not expensive but it has sentimental value to me. Other jewellers wasn’t interested in fixing it for me (hence to poorly glued in gems) but you took on the challenge & it looks like it did the day my husband bought it for me, thank you ever so much!!

Popped in today to enquire about getting my wedding ring downsized. Done in a few hours at a really reasonable cost. Perfect!! Would definitely recommend

Nathaniel's provides a friendly and punctual service, that is competitively priced. I called in this morning for my Platinum wedding ring to be polished and a new watch battery to be fitted. This was done the same day and my wedding ring looks brand new again. I will definitely use Nathaniel's again and would highly recommend his services.
