dont trust, staff take advantage of customers need. was quoted economy @ 106.00 for two days, other providers quote @54.00 for a even more bigger vehicle. never going back….
I took ages reading reviews before booking a car this summer. Finally booked through Leicester as it was the right location and the right price. When I called a few days before and they quoted me a different price from the reservation price, I panicked. But I needn't have. Called customer service at Leicester's suggestion and it was all sorted out by the time I picked up the car (computer issue due to merging with Europcar). Car was ready, clean, and they took lots of time to make sure all was okay. Really friendly and helpful. Car was fine for over a month and drop off at Heathrow was painless. No surprise fees or false claims of damage or anything like that. Would definitely use them again, but will always make sure to print out the full reservation details when I book online.
Poor at answering phones. Did try and go through to other options but got cut off!
We have used these guys a few times for cars and vans. They never answer the phone. If you go in to their office you can hear it ringing and the staff ignore it constantly! We wanted a van with a tail lift, and they confirmed one was avaialble but refused to book it for us stating that they could not guarantee it's availability DESPITE it being available for our date. One time we had a booking for the channel Tunnel and the van was promised for drop off and yet delivered around 4 hours late! We missed our train and it messed up the whole trip. Worst customer services and poor quality vans. Avoid where necessary!
