National Dahlia Collection Description

The National Dahlia Collection has had its home at Varfell Farm since 1998 under the current custodianship of Greenyard Flowers UK LTD. We have a two acre display garden on the farm located close to the A30 just outside Penzance with views overlooking St Michael’s Mount.

The majority of our 1600 + varieties are grown in the Dahlia Garden which provides visitors with the opportunity to browse through the beds to see some old favourites, many heritage varieties and to perhaps select some of the new varieties to order for delivery the following spring, or you may be lucky and find we have your selected variety available for sale in a pot!

The Collection regularly exhibits at the RHS Chelsea, Hampton Court, Tatton Park and Westminster Shows and has been successful in achieving Gold Medal Awards at all of these shows on more than one occasion.
