The NGA offers a wide variety of courses for those seeking employment within the casino industry either at home or abroad. Programmes range from bespoke tuition to highly structured degree programmes, many of which offer students the chance to develop important skills like literacy, numeracy and ICT as they progress through their course.

There are two fully equipped academies located at Blackpool and The Fylde & North Warwickshire and Hinckley College. The geographical spread of our academies means we can offer training to all corners of the country and our assessors can travel to deliver on site training, something which would be more difficult without these locations. Working together, we can also develop partnerships with national as well as local companies, enhance our reputation and share best practise to ensure we are at the top of our game.

Our croupier training courses give you the underpinning knowledge and skills to work as a croupier and an understanding of the economic, social and legal background to the industry. You’ll learn about customer service and how to deal Roulette, Blackjack and Poker.

For those interested in a career as a Technician we also offer courses specialising in Gambling Operations. This course fully prepares you for life as a Coin Slot Engineer and you will learn technical skills including setting up machines, security systems monitoring and maintenance skills as well as core skills such as customer service, health and safety and social responsibility.
