You’ll need a gum shield and plenty of heart. All other equipment provided gloves, head guards, skipping ropes

Regular meaningful 50/50 bouts at correct weights. Home and away bouts plus Championships.

Qualified coaching team of eight that actually box. A busy gym with plenty of sparring partners.
Insurance, club doctor and paramedics at shows with a proper weigh in.
A dedicated fully equipped large boxing gym with all equipment provided. Two boxing rings, 15 punch bags and balls. Olympic weights and benches. Kettle Bells, Slam Balls.

my daughter started at the boxing gym about 3 weeks ago . She is the only girl there at the moment but everyone has made her so welcome and she absolutely loves it and I am looking forward to seeing her progress . Thank you everyone

At the age of 42 and wanting to get fit I was recommended to try the smelters boxing gym , having never boxed before it was a little daunting walking in and not knowing anyone or even know how to box but after a very warm welcome from Gary cave ( top man ) i really enjoyed my first session and will be going on a regular basis thanks to everyone there and all there help and advice. No matter what age you are or the level of experience you have this is a great gym with everything you need.
