National Tyres And Autocare

Took my car in for brake check, was told brakes were fine and recommended a clean and service. Took 30 mins and cost £40. I queried the amount when I paid but the guy serving wasn't in charge. I emailed my complaint to customer services and was told the area manager would contact me. Nothing from them yet, it's been over a week.

Tyres fitted quickly but charged for the price of four
V rated tyres but received a mix of H and V. I was also charged £30 for a guarantee which I didn't want without bring asked.

Had major issues with the brakes on my Alto while on holiday in the lakes. Took the car into Kiel fit in Lancaster and after messing around for about an hour said I needed new discs and pads and said we could drive it until we finished our holiday. This is where it all goes wrong, after driving to Keswick and back with the most horrendous noise coming from the car I phone Kwik fit back and basically got Fobbed off, phones national tyres spoke to Mark and Josh who had no issues to repair the fault which was in all honesty a death trap. If you need a quick professional job doing without the hassle give these guy a ring, you not be disappointed. Ps, give them a pay rise!!

I found the service very good, staff were polite, i will certainly be using national tyre service again.

Been going here for years but wont be going again phoned up for a quote told them I don't want budget and quoted £152 for 2 Westlake tyres everything included vat fitting ect got home looked at receipt to find budget tyres have been fitted phoned & complained told I'm in wrong
