Arrived for pre-booked 8.30am appointment. Arrived as 1st customer of the day. Car not seen to for 40mins after arrival. Then brakes ordered by National over a week ago where incorrect spec. Had to wait for over an hour for replacements. Wished I'd just brought them myself from europart and fitted them myself. Wasted morning
