Awesome, they quickly assessed my tire and demonstrated where the splits were, then fitted the new one in a matter of minutes.

What fabulous service always willing to help great customer service, management. Been going for years and always have had the same treatment. Would highly recommend to anyone and far more value for money and peace of mind than any other tyre place around.

A deceitful and untrustworthy manager. Avoid at all costs.

My first visit was fine. I booked via the internet and chose my own tyre etc, went in, tyre changed, balanced, paid and left. No issues at all and no hard sales tactics.

My second visit was for a puncture, no issues until I realised, after I'd left, that a wheel balancing weight had been put on the outside of my alloy wheel. I complained via the internet, with no issues and took the car back and the weight was removed, the wheel rebalanced and sorted.
I then realised a scuff and scratch Mark had been left on my alloy. My alloys weren't in showroom condition but I still didn't feel happy about it as it wasn't there before I took the car in.

I complained again via the internet and a manager called Stuart contacted me. He was somewhat aggressive and tried to tell me that it was impossible for wheel weights to mark wheels as they have, what he called, a protective 'fluid based' film on them. He also stated it was perfectly normal for wheel weights to be put on the outside of alloys and that my wheel already had a wheel weight on the outside of it (three lies.) We discussed this and he ended up calling me awkward. I said I would take it further and back to National Tyres and he assumed me it would be a waste of time as it would simply come straight back to him.
I discussed this with Stuart's manager and was reassured that he would be dealt with. They said they wouldn't pay for my alloy wheel to be refurbished (I didn't even ask nor want this) but they would give me a £10 off voucher. I told them to keep it as I would never return as a customer and instead I would write this review. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

I rang up this morning to book a slot to get what I thought was a slow puncture sorted. Turns out you don't need to book, you can just rock up and they'll help you out, which is more convenient for me.
Upon arrival, the mechanics were friendly and started to take details instantly.
They quickly diagnosed the problem (which wasn't actually a slow puncture but a leaky seal) and had it fixed within 20 minutes.
The job was done well and it was quite affordable even on a student's budget.

It's a good place to work. We do what we can for all our customers new and old. We like to get customers in and back on the way as soon as possible. From tyre pressure checks to the "funny" noise your car's developed we do our best to help out wherever we can. All tyre pressure checks and vehicle safety checks are free =)

I've been a handful of times to sort out wheel alignment and balancing. Each time they've been fanatically helpful and let me know what needed to be done any why. They helped pick out the correct tyres and advised what would be better depending on what I needed. They also gave me a hand removing the plastic under carriage on my car that had been rubbing on speed bumps. The office/waiting area is always clean, plenty of vouchers available online and a helpful customer services line. I'll not go anywhere else if I can avoid it.
