They are very good at selling you a bike but if you have problems with it they are useless.
I was told by the manufacturer of my bike to take my battery to this shop to have it tested. When we arrived the mechanic said he didn't know how to test them.

In response to your reply (which I've only just found) I'd like to add that your mechanic did no tests on my battery other than trying it on another bike.

No measurements were taken and there was no mention of returning it to the manufacturer.

Purchased my second electric bike 6 weeks ago. Its my new favourite toy. Went out to a country pub for lunch (20 mile round trip and very hilly). Perfect bike for this and goes up any hill with ease.

I spent a good couple of hours in the shop asking all sorts of questions about where to ride, what clothing I should be wearing, where to buy the clothing, which motor I should go for (Bosch or Yamaha). I enjoyed the experience in the shop so much that, later that day, I purchased the bike. There was no pressure on me to buy on the spot, in spite of answering all my questions. I had a puncture after a few weeks and called for advice on how to get the wheel off etc and they talked me through it. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Purchased two Gepida reptilia evokes about 4 months ago. Extremely pleased with the quality and after care. The bikes are excellent and so comfortable they take the hard slog, tiredness and sweat 😅 out of cycling and make it enjoyable. Karen (sales) and Richard (service) deserve special mention.
