Natural Calm - Yoga And Yoga Therapy Description
Yoga helps to undo knots in the body, mind and spirit that have been accumulated over the years. With this, individuals feel free and strong at the same time. For us it is important that individuals learn to tap into their source of natural calm; a place within where we all find peace, a connection to the world and inner strength. Yoga is the perfect tool to re-establish and maintain this connection regardless of age and ability. Once one finds the place of natural calm life is so much more enjoyable. Not only for the individual, but also for others around.
Yoga teacher and therapist Sonja Lange holds yoga teaching diplomas with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) and The Society of Yoga Practitioners (TSYP). She is a member of both organisations. Sonja is also registered as a yoga therapist with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She holds a BSc (Honours) in Psychology. In addition, she is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
