Services for Birth professionals and parents
My journey started as a VBAC mother like many women. I wanted to have a natural birth after having had 2 caesareans which I suffered iatrogenic trauma. I searched long and hard and realised, women in my shoes need extensive support throughout their VBAC road, so I decided to be their support. We offer support, empowerment and training for all mothers embarking upon a VBAC journey. We also train women globally to have a gentle, natural undisturbed birth. But if for any reason a caesarian was the mode of delivery we also offer debriefing services. People need to be open-minded when trying for a VBAC and realise caesareans are not bad when done out of emergency circumstances, but it is bad when it isn't needed and done for no reason. We want to share your journey with you if you will let us. . . .
Naturelle VBAC is an organisation that supports and empowers women to educate themselves on the fundamentals surrounding pregnancy, birth and throughout the transition to motherhood.
We train birth professionals to become VBAC ready and supportive as well as work with mothers wanting a VBAC or a gentle c-section.
We provide VBAC Antenatal (Childbirth education) classes, programmes and workshops to all mums around the world via our e-learning platform.
We also provide contact day courses and classes for expectant mothers, mothers and famillies interested in VACin a fun private or group setting.

Good morning! Remember: breech is just a variation of NORMAL. If you have a breech baby in utero, that doesn’t mean you “have to have” a Cesarean. If your doctor tells you so, find a new care provider 😎 Chances are, if your OB recommends a surgical delivery for your breech baby, that OB is not trained in vaginal breech deliveries and not the care provider you need/want. Sister jaleela is really a gem 💎! She kept me informed in regards to any worries and questions I had. She lives local to me so also agreed to assist me to become my doula for my recent pregnancy/birth. She was very enthusiastic to help In whatever way she could, such a lovely and bubbly personality I'll definitely recommend her services to all! I ended up going into labour and delivering naturally after 2 previous c sections!! Unfortunately I was unable to contact her to be present at the birth as planned but I truly appreciate all her efforts and the information she gave me the weeks/days leading up to the birth of my baby girl. The whatsapp group she created was definitely a highlight and would urge anyone looking for more information on Vbacs to join!

Jaleelah is my doula and a as a first-time mum to be it has been a crazy, confusing but exciting experience. I've been looking for a VBAC coaching for years. Everybody told me that doesn't exist. They said: "You need to be a Coach and then go for the maternal area you like". I had a feeling... "some day I'll find a VBAC coaching, a tailored one". Me, as a VBAC mom and birth professional know is not a regular coach, is very different. This women need special treatment, other point of view, encouragement. Hello! I've been there! I follow my heart and 5 years later I found the NVBAC Coaching. It was amazing!!! Like a dream!! I felt I'm in the right path. I learned new tools to help VBAC's moms thru this process. Thank you very much!!!

I joined the Naturelle birthing Vbac website back in January 2017
I have since then done their vbac professional training and I am a part of their amazing whatsapp group and I regularly join the monthly global online circles and also attended the global summit and will be taking part in the summit this year inshallah.
I must say I have no words to describe how amazing this whole support group and summit and professional training is ! Very thorough, very motivating, so so supportive and encouraging and I am very proud and happy to have come across this group and benefitted majorly from them as a vbac mom and birth professional all the way from Kuwait.

I have worked alongside this sister on previous ventures and she is a very up standing honest person with good working ethics and principles. This is her passion as she as herself been through a vbac2 and wants to help others out there to avoid the obstacles she as faced in the pass and the barriers she as had to overcome. With her support and courage many in our circle of people we both know have overcome and strength their knowledge of vbac birthing and the help that doula can offer
I completed an online Naturelle VBAC for birth professionals, doula etc.
The course was easy to follow and beneficial.
I would recommend to anyone with interest in that field.
For the mother who didn't plan a c-section but anyways ended up with it, might be in search of answers and knowledge to make the next birth different in order to be able to deliver naturally. This is therefor a great community to be part of in order to receive various types of support in order to prepare yourself best possible. It feels great to speak to someone who knows what it is about, someone who has experienced it herself and someone who can understand you. That gives you a good feeling of trust and inspiration.
