Naturfresh Description
NaturFresh was famously known as Ital Is Vital, a running Cafe situated in Dalston which branched out into Catering. We now are back at a permanent venue provididing a vast selection of Raw & Vegan dishes, desserts, sweets, juices and much more!
We are a concious company that believes in Hippocrates famous quote 'Let Food be Thy Medicine and Thy Medicine be Food'. We aim to create awareness within our communities about the importance of the food we put into our mouths and how it affects our lives.
We also cater for a wide range of events, private functions and are soon to start monthly Raw Food classes!
