Natwest

I am fed up with Natwest. I am a new customer and have had nothing but problems since joining them. Their customer service is not great and their online banking has taken security levels up to a confusing level. I have to pay for a premium account yet have more than sufficient funds in the account. I can't even get an overdraft facility. I am seriously thinking of leaving them and going back to the bank I left for Natwest.

Exactly what you'd expect from natwest. Unhelpful staff only interested in their own careers.
Got bad advice here so ended up going to HSBC.

Ideal for banking transactions with helpful staff and city centre location.

The local branch of Natwest. Recently refurbished (2016) looks very modern.
