Very poor service over all, had a business appointment booked, turned up told they dont do appointments in branch, asked to talk with a manager and told they were busy, had a call from Nat West that hung up on me when answerd, called back to be told i cant be put through to branch but i would get a call guess what, no call! Thinking of changing bank on the back of this!

They have taken money from my savings accounts and them told me I went over my limit not good

Need more staff waited over 15 minutes in que before having to leave without being served
