been up a few times to wonder round and always got a good stock of fish of all varieties. .tanks and accessories only bought a bulb for my tank so far but very helpful staff answered my questions and helped me choose the correct bulb..just got a bigger tank over xmas so will be back!! love this place

I love coming to Nautilus, you're always made to feel so welcome, Customer service is 5* My children love coming and always have a good giggle with Sharon and the team, always there by your side should you need help and advice and if one member of staff isn't sure, they'll go and ask another member of staff who does, I cant believe i've only recently found Nautilus, one thing is for sure, I will never go to another aquatics centre again, service is second to none, knowledgeable, friendly and very welcoming. I have used Nautilus for many many years, mainly as a Tropical Fish supplier. However, we moved into a new house last year with a fish pond and neither myself nor partner had any experience of a fish pond. Nautilus was my first port of call for help and guidance. Thanks to everyone there, and their patience at being asked what must seem daft questions, we have managed to keep all fish alive for the first year and change the pump which shorted our house circuit.

I can't believe I have only just found this place, the staff are very helpful! Iv bought many shrimp for my turtle and they love them! The staff are very friendly and know there stuff! Would defiantly recommend them to anyone

First visit today looking for a pond plant, left with a pond plant, 6 fish and a pre planted floating plant holder complete with 6 plants. Could quite easily have been so much more! Really good range of plants and just about everything you could possibly need for your pond. Good range of healthy fish and in all different sizes too so you can select the size suitable for your needs. Very impressed .... will definitely be back 🖒

Fabulous shop so helpful, we were looking for a non-furry pet for our daughter (age 10) due to allergies and she had set her mind on finding out about keeping turtles. Sharon was brilliant with her letting her hold a turtle and explaining how to care for them. My daughter is now the proud owner of two turtles (crush and squirt) and is so happy!

Thank you so much Sharon for making a young girls dream of pet owning a reality and for your patience with our questions and the advice on the phone when we were just checking we were looking after them correctly.

Brilliant!! The service that you receive at Nautilus is second to non, the range of knowledge and expertise is very very high, I've been going now for around 6 or 7 year and I don't go anywhere else for either pond supples or fish tank equipment. Sharon and Megan are amazing :) xx

Amazing place to get everything you need for your fishes. The customer service is by far the best and the fish are absolutely beautiful. Definitely recommend and wouldn't go to any other place.

After a number of years without having to buy anymore fish I decided to invest in a few livebearer females ( swordtails and platy’s ) Really pleased with my purchase, very healthy and a colourful choice.

Absolutely beautiful shop with reason able price if not cheaper and all the staff are very helpful and always happy to help you with anything related to fish keeping fresh or Marine .

100% the most helpful place I've been to, I must drive them insane with my messages on here but always happy to help! FYI if you haven't invested in a Python yet, GET ONE and get it from here, absolute bargain and water changes no longer end up turning my house into a paddling pool
