well my wife and myself class the navi as our local it's probably a mile from my house but it's staff and friendly atmosphere make it we'll worth the walk not to mention the food which is excellent and value for money keep it up daz and the team .

good food, friendly staff in nice surroundings, all at a good price, what more could you ask for. The home made faggots are to die for.

My dad loves this place for Sunday lunch. Had a lovely meal yesterday for his birthday and thanks to all staff , all so kind . Thanks Danielle for cake xx

Lovely pub it was our first time eating here. Was lovely to sit outside in the beer garden whilst my son played on the bouncy castle. Food was lovely could not fault it at all. Really good value for money will definitely be returning

Had a Sunday lunch, it was by far the best Sunday lunch I have ever had ! The meat was divine and so were the trimmings. Wish I had taken a photo ... highly recommended. I ended up taking a box home as I couldn’t finish it and no way was I leaving it lol � my complements to the Chef and the Staff all fabulous.

Great selection of beers and food. Large mixed grill which i struggled to finish, believe me , i don't say that very often. Wife had A pastry topped pie which she thoroughly enjoyed as well. Nice polite and efficient staff. Top Marks. Don't tell anybody though. :D .

Excellent beer and a great menu. Had a starter and did like the black pudding with pork. Superb mains but alas no room for desserts. Well worth a trip but always worth booking a table it fills up quickly

Came here for Sunday lunch today for the first time. It was delicious, the meat was cooked to perfection and the yorkies were amazing! Excellent value too. We will definitely be coming back. We had 2 large dinners and a child's dinner for under £23!

Booked for 29 people for an 85th birthday, all the food came out within 15 mins and all good. Good food service but a little slow on the drinks but all in all a good night.

Best Sunday dinner we have had in a very ,very long while,great service

Always good food .. Sunday lunch is exellant .. vedg cooked just the way I like it .. beef melted in your mouth .. and staff very cheerful and polite ...

Went for our Tea tonight and the food was fab, bar staff were lovely and friendly. My T-Bone was lush although i struggled to finish it my poodle is enjoying my leftovers which they kindly wrapped up for me. Have to say the chips are to die for, only criticism have to say the table felt a bit sticky and didn’t look too clean, attention to detail makes a big difference. Will certainly be back though.

Very friendly staff they couldn't help enough and always checked everything was ok and if we needed anything else.

We were a big party of 30 and not a hitch with the food or orders. �

That has never happened any were before

So well done to the staff and chiefs �

Had a burger and a few beers. Food was very nice best burger I've had in a while the beer was very good and the general atmosphere was decent. However it wouldn't hurt if the bar staff were abit more freindly and smiled once in a while.

Beautiful Sunday lunch beef to die for

1st time for us ...in a large party .....everything ran smoothy and with over 30 of us is very rare .....well done on the waiting staff and compliments to the chef .......we all felt specialx

Group meal yesterday and was my first time eating. My food was personally ok but the side order of mushrooms came as plain mushrooms floating in a dish of oil with very little flavour.



Another party member chicken wings were again covered in fat and uneatable.



I then ordered a hot chocolate which came out watery, unfortunately this and the other events when politely mentioned to the staff were not dealt with from a customer perspective and lacked any ownership.



I hope this is just a off day!

Thought the night was extremely poor and a lack of organization. Ticket price £5 including children the queue for the bar was not unmanaged so impossible to get served. After about 20 mins in the queue there no pint glasses and then the gas ran out so no lager. I dont know why they shut the pub? Fireworks lasted about 15-20 minutes. Never again !!
