North East Inventories and EPCs are an Independant Inventory and EPC specialist covering the North East of England. Based in Newcastle Upon Tyne we offer detailed inventories, inspections, condition reports and EPCs to tenant find landlords, tenants and agents.
With over 15 years experience in Residential Sales and Lettings and with in excess of seven years leading property management teams we have the experience to pass on our knowledge and experience to those who need it.
