My mother stayed at Neath house from March 2018 to December 2018. In the time that she resided there, we were always very impressed with everyone who dealt with her.
All of the care workers took time to help and assist our mother all of the time. The manager was always available and if anything was planned for our mum, we always got a call asking if it was OK.
... Our mother has moved on to another care home and if she is afforded anything like the care she obtained at Neath house, she will be very happy.
