started with numerious calls to sign up. false promises and no set up. charged my card 250.00 called and had it canceled and refunded as the account was never set up. They charged my account today again!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

fucking retards working at a scam company - STAY AWAY

Way too many phone calls even after I told them I am not interested and not to call again.

They call me at least once a day (needaproperty.ca). In my opinion they offer nothing of value that our own realtor.ca doesn't already provide us. If they keep calling I am going to inquire about stalking laws in Canada and possibly press charges. Their aggressive phone tactics cross over into this realm.

Signed up for a 3 month trial (which cost £30) and during the 3 months we did not receive any enquiries or account service from needaproperty. We were then billed £180 for rolling onto the 4th month but there was no email or communication reminder to say the trial was coming to an end. A cancellation email was sent to needaproperty but they said it was 4 days late so they have refused to refund the full £180.

All communication either by phone or email received from needaproperty have been so unprofessional with a very aggressive tone. A member of the needaproperty team even said "they are a business as well and need to make money".

The service from the team and the company has been shocking and they are a dishonest and unruly company who want to make a quick buck, regardless of how they get it.

KEEP CLEAR OF NEEDAPROPERTY!

Scam. I paid them almost approx $ 3000 for qualified leads but all leads I received were useless. Called for refund but they are not doing it so far.



This company is a Scam. Please stay away from this company. They will call you 1000 times before to signup but once they get your money, they keep sending bogus useless leads to match the number they promised.

They can also give you another realtor phone number for checking reference but that is a trick to earn trust. I believed another realtor word and got involved with this fraud company.

Reading other people's reviews on here it's clear this is a pretty shady operation with no one in Canada looking after. I wouldn't be surprised if all the followers are purchased.

STAY AWAY and BUYER BEWARE!

Needaproperty.ca - warning! warning! This is a real SCAM. Please do yourself a favor and read these reviews before signing any contract with needaproperty.ca. They kept calling me constantly for almost 2 weeks until convincing me to sign a minimum 3 months contract ($4,500) and get 12 per month “prequalified” home sellers contact information in return. They were sending me contact info and an arranged appointment time which I was supposed to confirm the appointment, meet with the potential home sellers and convert them in to listing clients. However, in reality none of the home owners had a desire of listing or selling their home. Majority of them was so annoyed by the company’s cold calling style that they weren’t talk to me or return my calls. To make the story short, I was contacting the company’s representative regularly and reporting him the negative experience which I had every week. For 3 months he promised me: “I personally will make sure the home sellers are prequalified”. I received more than fifty names during the 3 moths, but in fact none of them were home seller. I wort the company a few emails and asked for refund (since they didn’t carry their commitment of providing me “prequalified” home sellers), but no answer at all. So, please keep these facts in mined if you are considering to sign a contract with needaproperty.ca.

My account manager has vanished, now that I've requested a refund. Leads are crummy!

In Canada. Been fighting for a refund for two months. Aggressively for a couple weeks. Three people told me it would be refunded. Two said it went to Pay pal. It never did. Back on this morning. Once they get your money they are gone. No support or communication.

If you could stop calling my phone every fucking day and trying to sell me something, then when I politely say no, you hang up on me....that would be great. FUCK OFF.

I wish they would stop calling me! I've asked to be taken off their list several times. I keep blocking their number and they call from another one.
