great shop you should check it out down to earth friendly staff and excellent service

Went in on Monday afternoons to borrow a pump due to slow leak from rear tyre. Mechanic checked it, tightened the core, pumped up the tyre (all without my asking) and didn't charge when I asked. Couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended

This has got to be one of the best bike shops I've ever been to. The staff are really friendly, especially the man with the small face

Outstanding service and always quick with repairs and advice. They don't muck about and just give you what you need. It's always a great experience in the shop!

Had an issue with an annoying noise from headset/stem since Sigma cut my steerer during the winter. Sigma tried 3 times to sort it and failed. Took it into Neils Wheels...minor adjustment to set up of spacers....sorted! Thank you Neils Wheels....brilliant service and brilliant result.

Great little place tucked away behind the shopfronts on Old London road . Can't recommend them highly enough! Simple selection of quality bikes. The guy in the shop, Alex, was outstanding in his customer service and sold me the perfect bike. Thanks!

Emailed the shop about my busted wheel. Alex suggested it needed replacing so I popped in today and within half an hour I had a brand new wheel for much less than I was expecting. Really friendly and quick. I'll definitely be going back for anything else I need.
