What a fantastic store and service Nelly's Woofers is.

I've purchased a few bits and bobs from here in the past and each time Nelly has said to bring my dog in for a Puppacino. Having a dog that does not get on with other dogs can make things challenging. I was rather surprised when Nelly said to bring my dog in on Sunday and she would close the store so our boy could have the place to himself and not get stressed.



The family and our very excited boy Flynn, duly arrived at the appointed time. Nelly was amazing with him, first of all giving Flynn his Puppacino, which he loved, and then letting him explore the area in his own time.

After a lot of playing with some of the various toys Flynn realised that there was also some amazing treats available too. Needless to say we bought a fair few of his favourites.



Nelly spent a lot of time with Flynn and us as a family advising us on the various complete pet foods that are available for a dog of his age, mentality and health. After Nelly's advice we have tried Flynn on a different food which has no wheat or gluten in. It's a bit too soon to tell if his new diet is having a positive impact on him yet, but he really LOVES his new food and treats.



Would I recommend Nelly's Woofers .... 100% YES.

If you have a reactive dog then I would say to make an appointment to have a 1 on 1 with Nelly and see the difference in your dog.

This place is awesome! So friendly, an amazing selection of healthy foods, healthy treats and toys. Lovely lady there full of great advice, and helping out smaller charities! Love it! A pet shop with heart and different from the rest! A must visit!

Nelly's Woofers is a real asset to Fareham town centre. So much choice and and a personal shopping experience that you just don't get at any of the large retailers. Very reasonable prices and Nelly has a wealth of knowledge on all things dog. My three pups literally drag us in when we walk in to town, must be something about the complementary puppuchino.

Nelly is incredibly good at what she does! Looked after our Whippies and managed to encourage our somewhat timid girlie to ‘wear her brave pants’ - she now has a new friend in Grace! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her! Have already booked her for boarding again later in the year. Thanks Nelly! Xxx ����

Nelly is awesome! So good with our dog Marley, we are not very confident with letting him off the lead but we are getting there with the help of nelly! Always on hand to give you tips and full of information which has helped us so much such having Marley he is nearly 9 months now and an awesome dog with thanks to hard work from all of us with nellys help. Thanks �

Milo loves it here, he always gets a warm welcome. He will now sit at the desk waiting for his puppacino as soon as we walk in. Nelly and co. know a great deal and are always on hand for advice. Its great to see a dog shop selling decent food and treats, instead of the cheap, nasty stuff for sale elsewhere.

Lovely lady in the shop was so so kind and loving to our pup, puppacino and lots of snacks! Told us all the bad food we're feeding Taz unknowingly and gave us advice on what foods and treats to give him instead. This then helps his behaviour, diet and weight. Thank you so much!

Loved visiting with bonnie dog! The new harness was fitted to her and some good advice about training and diet! Bonnie seemed to enjoy it to (especially the treats). We will be back very very soon :)

Just love the knowledge that Nelly has, she is great to talk to and gives excellent advice. The shop is amazing with plenty of room for several woofers to be in there without any confrontation or worries. All the foods are healthy foods for our dogs and it has lots of toys and brain games for our woofers to do. There's parking out the front of the shop, so need to park in town.

Incredible shop! One day wen it's cooler I can't wait to take my Albert :-D i know he'll love it just as much!

Is an absolute defo hav to visit if u hav a dog.

I called in today to look at harnesses for my Lab, Chloe. Shes overweight and we are going to start gentle jogging! Nelly was fantastic, fitted Chloe with a great harness and discussed different leads with me. She also gave us great dietry advice and showed us massive support for our new venture. A valuable and rare service nowadays, thank you x i will keep you posted on the weight loss!! 😊

Hallie loves it here! She knows where we're going when we're walking down the high street! She loves the pick a mix with all the different treats that aren't all cheap and nasty from other stores and of course the puppacino. Nelly and co are really good with advice and great with knowing there products would deafly recommend it to anyone with dogs

First time visit yesterday and I was delighted to see such a great range of natural and healthy products for our furry family members. A great shopping experience and the dogs certainly enjoyed their treats. Nelly was great to speak with and very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Edited. Brought my staffy a friendly lead. Now no one avoids him during walks. His a gentle giant so deserves attention <3 just my shitz shu to get now. He needs a nervous one..

Discovered this place today with my mum and her dog Gizmo and it's amazing! It's so bright and airy, the stock is fantastic and there's such variety. The lady was really friendly and so knowledgeable, gave my mum some really great advice. Some other pooches popped in at the same time and all were so friendly, lots of wagging tails. Definitely going back!

Called in this morning what a really helpful shop, we will go in again.

By far the best pet store in the Portsmouth area. The variety and quality of the dog food and treats is amazing and very reasonably priced, and the service is second to none, always going above and beyond. We visit most weeks to keep stocked up on our natural treats, and Fonz and Phoebe always enjoy the fuss and Puppachino!
